Large room, comfortable beds.

Overall very trashy, though not cheap. I paid nearly $100 for one night. Had to ask to change rooms because the floor was sticky in the first one. Garbage on floor in hallways, garbage can out front overflowing with trash strewn on the ground. The clientele is sketchy AF. Never again. Stay away.

Extended Stay messed up the booking date, they changed it to the day after we needed it. They found a room that was an absolute pit. We ended up paying for two rooms, the one paid on Booking and the room paid at the front desk. Neither Extended Stay nor Booking is taking responsibility. Will probably stop booking rooms through this site, as there are plenty of alternatives.

When making the reservation on this site, I responded to a question about my time of arrival and used a drop-down window to say that it would be after midnight. When I arrived the doors were locked, but noticed a sign telling guests in my situation to use phone right there to call an attendant. But the attendent said there was nothing she could do and hung up. Had the absence of an after hours receptionist been made clear either by the hotel or Booking.com, I would have been spared much wasted time and aggravation. I WILL NEVER AGAIN DO BUSINESS WITH EITHER ONE.

They could have given me the room I had reserved.

Nothing. I wasn't able to stay at the hotel because they didn't check me in instead they canceled my reservation.

There was no staff on site in the morning. There was a number to call for help but no one ever answered. We had several bugs in our room and it was very sparse! Only 2 towels, 2 pillows and a bar of soap.

The room was dirty. It had no amenities. No iron or ironing board, bedding was poor quality, and the bed looked like a roll out bed. I was very uncomfortable and only stayed because I got there at 11:00pm and just needed to sleep and go to a memorial the next day. If this is what all extended stays are like, I will never stay at one again.
