Proximity to the beach. I could take the dog for early morning beach walks on a near deserted beach. On site store was well stocked and manned by friendly staff.

The rabbits meant that I had to keep the dog on a lead whilst on site. Unexpected fireworks on Saturday night - although they didn't go on for long.

Comfortable & clean & spacious

The Campsite is lovely and very well set up for family entertainment and fun. the location of the caravan is ideal as away from the main site but close enough for getting to and fro. The security on the site was excellent along with the shop.

The bedding was very clean but some items had broken seams , not too much of a problem though! Would not recommend the bar restaurant but this is not the fault of the owner

Clean and homely all freshly washed bedding and towels.

Easy to find corner location not overlooked and not far to walk to sea

We struggled to find the site- it would have helped if it had said it was the Parkdean site

Location of the caravan park !!

The issues (power supply) severely disrupted our stay which caused a great inconvenience. Power supply cut totally shattered our stay. - No hot water supply (means we couldn't have shower), no iron (means we couldn't iron the clothes) and no microwave (means we’re unable to cereal or ready meals for especially, our young daughter). - Bed and duvet covers were totally worn off, bad/low quality. If you have pet allergies then avoid this caravan. - Be prepared as owner of the caravan won’t respond to the communication at all !!
