the owner and all staff were genial and created a great atmosphere

location is superb if you are skiing as next to main lift

Evening meal arrangements. We were half board and on the first night were offered soup or cheese to start and pasta as a main ( not great when one of you is vegan!!); second night the waitress gave us a menu and this was swiftly taken away and we were told we could not order off it; third night- we were only offered a main as they were ‘ too busy’. Anyone that was not staying there and that had booked a table was offered the full menu and they were definitely given priority over us. several times we sat for over half an hour being ignored. We were made to feel like second class citizens, which we got the impression was because we were English.

The location was excellent, right next to the cable car. The hotel room was quite small but had a good view across the village square. Breakfast was good for continental, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The price is quite high for a basic hotel but the location and staff make up for it.

One of the friendliest most hospitable hotels I have ever been in. TiTi is the perfect host and the hardest working man in hospitality, yet always has time to help you out or make you that extra coffee

All of the staff including the restaurant were so helpful! The hotel is tight in the center of town. The breakfast was delicious and the dinners good, too.

The shower head got water on the floor. The room is small.

Good location in city center, a lot of restaurants and stores nearby, clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Breakfast was well stocked.

Toilet did not flush, but we were moved to a room with a working toilet so all good!

The hotel is located in the center of Auron with lots of restaurants nearby. Large selection of food for Breakfast.

Hotel was basic but clean and located just next to the ski lift

Ski room was tiny and there was only ONE chair to change your boots, so we put three chairs outside and it helped. Not sure why owners did not do it themselves - small gesture goes long way.
