Solicite dos camas y no me dieron, una cama de matrimonio de tamaño pequeño. Al llegar al hotel no funcionaba bien la aplicación de entrada con auto checa in a pesar de meter el número de identificación y el apellido, finalmente llamamos al teléfono que aparecía en la puerta y nos tuvieron que dar la clave de acceso a puerta puesto que la hab. Estaba pagada. La cortina rasgada y descolgada por lo que entraba la luz desde primerísima hora Mucho calor en habitación sin funcionar aire acondicionado El televisor no funcionaba, llamé al teléfono de contacto y su respuesta fue que nadie se había quejado a lo que yo respondí que antes de entregar una hab. se comprueban los servicios En el baño había a dos luces, la que estaba encima de espejo no funcionaba En el baño no había ni una mínima repisa para apoyar cosas de aseo.

there were no staff on the Sunday that we arrived. a very slow, difficult online check in process at the hotel. no staff either on the Monday. breakfast only from 9am - too late.

I booked this property for a group who paid ME to book their rooms. I gave my credit card info to the hotel and to booking.com. I asked them to bill MY card, not the client's. By the time they told me it was impossible, it was too late to cancel. The check in was very confusing for the group. They used automatic check in and arrived early. Bag storage was offered and then reception told them check in-time was 3:00 but they closed at 3:00 until 7:00pm!! They refused to give keys to the group leader, but then gave them to one of the group (NOT the group leader) after she left. The group leader had to chase down the entire group to pass on the keys. I do not appreciate them forcing my group leader to pay. I will not book here again. Ever.

Day 2 - TV remote needed new batteries - not working. Reception at approx 2pm - told me I needed to come back at 7pm. Then mid afternoon NO hot water in shower - and still NO hot water at 5.00am when I left.

it was clean and the man who checked me in was nice.
