Great location especially as we were without our car. Nicely decorated and clean. Good TV and wifi.

Bedroom was small and the bed was accessible from one side only. Over provided with kitchen cabinets especially in the corridor, leaving nowhere to hang coats or store cases. Inadequate table. Staircase light was not working on arrival (safety issue as stairs were steep.) but was fixed in the week.

One of the chairs was damaged on arrival, it would have been nice for this to be replaced. Having a fan would have been nice, especially with the recent hot weather.

Really great location, really easy to check-in. As a whole the apartment was clearly well looked after and furnished quite nicely.

Sofa not really comfortable for 2 people.

Clean, had everything we needed. Handy for shopping and eating out. Efficient heaters and water heater.

Really cold when we arrived, but heaters did warm up eventually. Coldest week of year a little warming up would have been appreciated. A little noisy at times, blinds but no curtains. Bedroom very tight for space not so good when you are older and have to crawl across the bed to get out. Any little Christmas touch would have been nice.

We work at the Worcester Victotian so the apartment was fantastic location, lovely place and definitely returning next year or even for a nice weekend away. Was so clean and the design of the kitchen was lovely.
