Good facilities with a kitchen.
Bed was comfy but hair, dirt & dust found in sheets.
I had concerns for my safety and received a patronising message from host. Very loud & noisy by road, I wouldn’t of chosen a ground floor apartment or by roadside if I had known.

It's a nice apartment with reliable Wi-Fi throughout in a quiet, suburban neighbourhood. The kitchen is very well equipped, so you can even cook there. The host is very friendly and did his best to attend to our needs, which is a big plus!
Some specks of dust here and there, toilet a bit makeshift. Furthermore, the front yard was really unwelcoming the first day, though the host had it cleaned the next day.

The location was perfect, right in front of the bus stop and a few restaurants and stores for shopping. It was pretty easy to get to the city centre by bus, as that is just at the end of the street.
The room shook every time a vehicle passed by, which was very often.
The weird noise from a circuit box beside the bed would wake you up at night; it was pretty annoying.
Toilet gives an unpleasant smell at intervals, but could be fixed. That's probably from the sewer.

Bed was comfortable , kitchen was good
Mould on silicone in shower, paint work tired and chipped throughout, light switch had gaps around it and was loose, meter not boxed in, thought we were getting a two room apartment but was only a room with a kitchen fitted along one wall , toilet sink was really small and had no place or shelf to put our toiletries only 1.5 toilet rolls to last us 6 days. Kerb appeal was poor plants growing across the front and front door entry system was temperamental and during daylight difficult to see so was hard to key in the code, could also have done with a small dining table and dining chairs would have been beneficial when we used the kitchen

Clean room, good space and amazing shower
There was, what I can only guess, an electricity box in the room that made a continuous noise that made it difficult to get to sleep

very handy for the university, very clean,easy to access
not much equipment in the kitchen, could do with glasses, mugs , saucepans and oven trays … strange set up but was ok

The kitchen was handy!
The door code, once recieved was easy to use.
Getting the door code was somewhat hard, as we had an international cell.

. pillows weren’t the best
. too close to roads and no noise cancelling windows
. wifi was terrible couldn’t connect and was only on one bar ( partner had to use data ) consequently cutting out
. heating wasn’t working well
. tv wouldn’t connect to wifi to watch Netflix and stuff

The location and the apartment setting. The booking is well priced and avoidable. No issue to locate the location and is accessible to the mail town or city, right.
In any kind of such business these days, there is always a buffet as a breakfast or a kind of interesting breakfast. The bedding needs to be changing for people that is staying more than a day or else they(owner) requested and they said, no.

The location is excellent and close to the bus station. The room was large with a comfy bed, had an en-suite bathroom and had everything I needed. Highly recommended
