Great staff! Chrysa was very friendly, helpful, showed us the place, answered our questions. Large apartment, amazing place, amazing big terrace with sea view, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and evening wine. In the mornings you will wake up to the sound of the sea and the chorus of cicadas. Private small beach a couple of steps away, larger beach 500m away. There is an agrotourism restaurant nearby. The town of Monemvasia is a ten minute drive away, which I highly recommend visiting, especially the part behind the cliff.

There was a great lack of kitchen utensils and tools, especially wine glasses and a corkscrew. If you are not going to cook, this is a minor problem. Air conditioners work very weakly, although everything is reliably closed. It should be noted that the large apartments for 8 people only have one bathroom. It was enough for our family of 5. The furniture and installations require updating. All shortcomings are overshadowed by the location and the terrace, the sounds of the sea, and the absence of neighbors.

lack of items expected in short term accommodation these days: jug to boil water, washing up liquid, teatowels, utensils to cook with- eg egg slide / tongs, ice cube tray, knives, bowls - eg for cereal; garbage bin; basics such as oil, salt & pepper, coffee & tea. if these things aren’t provided then it’s not a fully equipped kitchen. Also if they don’t want to provide them (as I was led to believe, then they should only do long term rental. poor outdoor furniture.

Location has high potential, but still, several renovations need to be made.

Furnitures in the rooms were very old. Bad smell. It was very cold in apartaments, to sleep - it was very cold too. There were not working condicionier. It was no view to the sea, because of trees. Difficult to find the place.

The staff was friendly and avaliable. The location was good and the room was relatively clean.

The photos did not present the actual condition of the apartments. Also, the apartments were under-equiped, they did not have curtains or window shutters in all windows, thus there was no privacy and no suitable conditions to sleep. Also, the room could be cleaner, we found spiders in all over the walls.

the view was excellent, under the rock of the castle of Malvasia with view to the rock and to the beautiful swimming pool of the hotel!!!very polite receptionist willing to give us informations of what we asked!!!
