I visited the hotel to celebrate honeymoon, very special and excellent hospitality, awesome experience, clean and nice suite.

I had been tracking tickets to midnight mass for over two weeks and when I arrived no tickets. The conseign was call me in 40 minutes and never did! I returned only to find out he left for the day. I placed my trust the tickets would not be a problem. It was...nice hotel but not sure I would trust their word.

The service was excellent, particularly at the restaurant on the top floor and concierge. The bathroom is unexpectedly so spacious. The view from the restaurant on the top floor is fantastic.

Even as a frequent traveler, I have to say that this was the finest hotel experience ever. Impeccable hotel, room, and outstanding service from staff who seem genuinely happy to be there.

The hotel is beautiful, it’s my second time staying there. The service is fantastic as well. The area is right next to the Spanish steps and I also used the gym which was very good as well. Totally recommend.

This is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed. It lives up to its glorious reputation in terms of: Cleanliness - both room and bathroom were cleaned to perfection throughout our stay Location - is such that it offers most beautiful views and walking distance to most attractions. Concierge - As we did not book museum tickets in advance on our arrival we found ourselves not able to visit the most important attractions. But the hotel staff helped us purchase tickets with guides (a format which helps skip the queues). Airport Transfers - the hotel staff helped us book an executive car to/from the airport Dinning - The whole range i.e. from healthiest to most indulgent, the hotel restaurants offer absolutely wonderful food in a most professional manner (atmosphere). Hotel personnel - Always (absolutely at any hours) on their toes and ready to help with all matters. Gym - Small but very well appointed (e.g. most modern machines, towels, water, fruit, headsets, etc) and at all times absolutely spotless. Overall a wonderful experience.

Central location, on top of the Spanish steps, tastefully remodeled, luxurious rooms. Wonderful views from rooms and roof top café and bar. But this hotel is all about the service, from the moment I arrived at the hotel and was met by the doormen to the friendly and efficient check in, the gracious and caring staff to the day I reluctantly had to leave. Every interaction I have had with the staff left me thinking that this is how to gain customer loyalty. Nothing was too much trouble, Every request was handled efficiently and with a smile. Clefs d'Or concierge team was very good and their recommendations spot on! The service by Francesco and his team at the café...EXEMPLARY Helpful, friendly and very attentive. Breakfast and lunch buffets absolutely worth the price. Fresh healthy and delicious food. And the 180 views...amazing! I have stayed at the Amans, the Peninsulas,and four seasons and they were al very good but....my heart belongs to Hotel Eden. My home in Rome!

Very expensive hotel in the heart of Ancient Rome. Great location but a lot more pricey than what we are used to; restaurant was overpriced for the quality of food but room was wonderful except for lighting system which was very complicated. Would not recommend this hotel for the budget conscious traveler.

What an experience, what a nice hotel, small luxurious, beautiful rooms, great views and the staff - WOW ! They pamper you all the time, I can say without any doubt that the staff is really one of the best if not the best of any luxury hotel I have stayed in the world. What else can you ask for ? This has become my place of choice in Rome. After a great renovation this jewel of a hotel is beaming again !! Can't wait to get back !!
