This was a very disappointing stay. The accommodations were filthy. Roach infested. Extremely noisy. People gathered outside our door to smoke. Children playing Outside into the night. Would never stay here again

Pictures online do not match actual room.. cabinets were falling apart.. there was something clogging the bathtub drain &the walls were splattered with I don’t know what

The only thing i liked was the bed was comfortable. The lights did not work in bathroom or over table. The plug did not eork in the kitchen and there was no shower curtain, that was handed to us after we were in the room for a while. But eith no lights we didnt put it ip.

The floor was extremely dirty. It was like walking on sand. I had to wash my feet 3 Different times.

My room was not very clean. Crumbs on the floor. Baseboards haven't been cleaned this decade. Peeling paint. No remote for the TV (which can't be operated without a remote). For an extended stay hotel, there isn't a chair to relax in, only a dining chair. The room had an odor that the room freshener couldn't mask.

It was very late and For a last minute decision to lodge for the night , this Establishment is Quite reasonable with convenient accommodations. . Thank you

Room was dingy and run down. Brown work out blanket on bed with holes in it. TV didn’t work Smelled cigarette smoke all night. Couldn’t wait to check out.

The actual room was nice, but only after my boyfriend and I cleaned and disinfected it top to bottom. It had a musty smell at first, the floor was dirty and sticky, and the fridge had mold in the crevices. But bc we are in a pandemic, we brought our own cleaning supplies and redid the entire room to make it liveable. After airing out the room, we used room spray to keep the air smelling fresh and not musty. If the cleaning staff took the time to thoroughly clean, then the rooms would seem amazing. Also, the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed. The French guy at the counter was very rude to people calling the front desk, saying "I can't help you, call back later" and would hang up on people. I'm just glad he informed the maintenance man to fix my clogged sink, because he initially said "and what do you want me to do about that?" And he answered his own question by saying "I'll tell the maintenance guy".

Hotel is in a convenient location. It is an extended stay type, which at least in our room, included stove, fridge sink and and oversize bathroom. The room seemed clean, however, there was a musty/smoke smell that made it feel like it was hard to breath. The linens seem a bit dated and didn't look to be freshly cleaned. There was no trash can in the room in neither the bathroom or the main room, small detail but it seemed important.

The lock to the door came apart as we closed the door. Parking lot was full with guests tailgate. Checked in and out at the same time. Did not feel secure and safe.

There was not much to like about this hotel. There was mold everywhere in the room. It looks like the room has not been used except for prostitution for 30 years.

The room was smelly and completely ran down.

This place was disgusting. Our room looked like someone got into a fight in it and it had not been cleaned after. The sheets were sure and we found a used condom on the floor. When we reported it, they were booked and could not find the issues. We were moved into a different room the next night but it wasn't much better. We ended up cutting out stay short. Never again.

Toilet did not work, baseboards pulling off walls, telephone did not work (room 305), spread had burn holes in it although the room was non-smoking, floors dirty, walls had holes that had been patched but never sanded and repainted. Told the front desk and they didn’t question it and moved me to room 221. Room 221 was also dirty, had burn holes in the spread, patched holes in the wall and the dishes in the cabinet were not clean - one had a hair stuck on it. I slept on top of the bed for fear of what I might encounter under the spread.

Stove did not work They sent a man to fix it and only one burner worked after he fixed it.

Very dirty and everything was broken. Just not a good night stay.

Price. Mini kitchen. However under construction I came in at 4 they said the property was not going to be ready for a couple hours. Came back at 7 property overlook parking lot full of construction garbage and items right outside my hotel room. Sheets were clean but carpet was full of plaster from work that was just done bath shower was full of plaster dust and no shower curtain.

Conditions of the rooms a lot below what is shown in advertising. Lack of cleanliness. We canceled our reservation and went elsewhere.

The place was filthy. Horrible smell in the room. Like they did a half-assed job of covering up that someone had smoked in there. Dishes were dirty in the cabinets and I had to rewash silverware prior to using. Only a mini-fridge in an extended stay hotel.

Not happy with the hotel, pics were very deceiving

This was one of worst hotel I have been in. The Frig made noise and door only opened 1/3 hid floor, A/C made noise. Paint repairs on walls wrong color. Furniture had holes major scrapes, chair had a 2" hole in fabric. It took 5 minutes to get luke warm water to shower. I told staff on check out and she did not care-she seem she hears this all the time. Just poor all around.

Room smelled like mold. The manager said it was this new chimecal they had to get approved to use by government to clean the rooms with. That’s a lie. No cleaning chemical smells like mold. I wiped down the counters with Clorox wipes and the wipe turned out black. Pubic hairs were left in the shower. Bathroom was very dirty. The bottom of the fridge is all rusted and breaking off. And the carpet was coming apart. Then I pulled down the sheets and there were cigarette burns all over the sheets. I’ve never been so disgusted staying at a hotel before. Not to mention the prostitutes that hang around that place. Very uncomfortable very disgusted. My $175 weekend stay had to turn into a $530 weekend stay. The manager was not compromising with us either. All he talked about was how bad the hotel is and that it will be remodeled in April. Because of his actions and the people that stay there, I would never stay at the Suburban Extended Stay Hotel even after they remodel. That was probably a lie as well.

I check-in and went to the hotel room and promptly found bugs and roaches in the bathroom and kitchen area. The room smelled of mildew. I went back down to the front desk and while they refunded my night and I left the property, there seemed to be no effort to apologize for the condition of the hotel. I would not stay here.

If we were told this was a welfare hotel we NEVER would have booked it and how it has a 3.5 rating is a mystery to me! Expedia should be ashamed to even list this place on their site! The room was old and nasty half the lights didn't work and the clientele was scary we had to push the table and chairs up against the door. If we hadn't arrived so late we would have gone else where!! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL I gave it 1 star only because I had to put something to complete my review

The room was very nice. Only complaint I had was the wi-fi signal (free) was weak. On checkout, I mentioned it to the desk, and the hotel clerk suggested next time I ask to make sure I get a hotel away from the elevator - apparently that causes interference in some way. Otherwise the room was nice, clean, and had super cold air conditioning, an important feature in Florida in July!
