We had a wonderful stay. Zhe hotel is very modern, nice, spacious rooms. Very clean. The staff has been very nice and welcoming. The hotel has a fenced parking. We will cone again!

Business trip for two nights.
Shame about the lack of Bar Staff in the evenings.
When having evening meetings over a drink it is annoying to have to go to the reception to get some service at the bar !

This is not a 4 star hotel this a 1 star hotel and with the price the are charging its crazy to stay at a hotel so expensive with such a poor service and conditions i am very disappointed with everything here i dont recommend this place to anyone

Great hotel, enjoyed my stay. The facilities are great, only downside is the location, a bit far from the beach and a bit rough area. Amazing view from the balcony. Would be great if the air con was working in the gym. But apart from that, everything was great! Highly recommend

Great location and staff were very helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and modern. Parking could be difficult at busy times and the phone in our room did not work despite reporting the fault.

The hotel per se is not too bad but there was no minibar provided. The parking cost is quite high for the comfort it provides (quite small spot making difficult to park and exit the car). There was some renovation going on and I have a lot of noise in the morning with workers knocking at my door.

Nice view and well located in the center of La Seyne sur mer. Wifi is annoying as you always have to reconnect. Check-in is only from 4pm and check-out has to be before 11am even if nobody was in the hotel.

This is a good hotel for the price. The address on Expedia is wrong, so our navigation system took us to a wrong direction. Luckily we found it... only 9 mins away. AC did not work. Most service people do not speak English. Hard to communicate. Even after translation, they came to room (front desk) but seemed to did not know how to fix problem. They left without calling anyone to fix problem. We ended up sleeping in a very hot room.

Just loved this hotel with a balcony room overlooking the marina, it was beautiful, especially at night! Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were also friendly, English speaking and helpful. Location is perfect to grab a bargain at the local market earlier or to sample some amazing patisserie's from, earlier in the day, loved it!

Comfortable rooms and an excellent pool. We ate at the Bistronomi quality restaurant across the road which is well worth a visit. Use the ferror to get to Toulon-€2 each way.
Taxi from the airport was €60 but the return journey on Sunday was €80.

The hotel is set in a harbour, lovely rooms, well thought out. The cons: The area around the hotel does not offer a lot. the room has facility to make coffee and tea, but you don't get more than one. Your then encouraged to have something from the bar. Something I wouldn't expect from such a hotel. This being said the rest is very good and I would happily stay there again.

Nice stylish & modern hotel. Great location. Views over the port of La Seyne and the Bay of Toulon. Very clean and efficient. Adequate parking. Surrounded by good local restaurants (two with 10% discount if youre staying at the hotel). Rooms spacious with all the usual facilities.

An oasis of excellence with a fantastic location overlooking the port in La Seyne Sur Mer. Excellent guarded parking facility. Great staff with a can-do attitude. Quality bedroom and tarrace/balcony. Definitely reconsider booking Kyriad Prestige hotels as a result.

The room was very good. Clean, tidy with plenty of room. Had good Wifi. The balcony was a good feature as was the separate toilet. The front desk personnel were welcoming and helpful during our 3 day stay.
The breakfast wait staff didn't make tee contact and acted as if we weren't there. Not at all welcoming. We noticed that this was not just us they didn't react to. They didn't keep up with replacing empty trays on the breakfast buffet.
The ledge along the wall, at sitting head height, had not been cleaned for a while and was layer with dust.

We stayed for the weekend. The only downside was that the hotel had events on by the pool and in the dining area on separate occasions so some of the facilities couldn't be used at those times.
Also the parking got very full at times, and when returning late in the evening the security gard often strayed from the reception desk and had to be found on foot in order to open the gates to the carpark
