Great facility. Great location just cross the train station. The room is huge with a small room for kids or third guest. The living room is fabulous with table and chairs. Breakfast is very good with a lot of choice. Definitely will stay again when visiting Bologna next time.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and filling. My only issue was that the people in the next room could be loud and I could hear them all too clearly. Never heard a noise from the people on the other side.

The room was very clean and we received a warm welcome from the staff. We could hear a little noise in our room from the adjacent restaurant; however, it was quiet by the bed time. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Manuel was so warm and helpful upon our arrival. Breakfast was simple but fresh and tasty and the location is perfect- off the main road by a block. We also dined at their sister restaurant the Belvedere which was superb! Highly recommend. Extremely clean and accommodating hotel.

Good hotel in good location. Close to the beach and train station. Breakfast could have been better, and reflect the Mediterranean style but this is a missing point in majority of the hotels in Italy. A country where most olive oil produced, cannot find it olive or olive oil etc.

Our stay was one of the best we had in our multi-city trip across Italy. As a PSR, if you plan on taking a train to cinque terre, be aware that they will often be delayed or cancelled when heading into this area. In our case, we were heading from Venice and bad weather delayed and ultimately cancelled our train until the following morning. Diego, kept in touch throughout and even refunded our night that we were unable to make it. The service by him and his colleagues was above and beyond. I only mention this because this has not been the case in some of the other places we stayed. Another recommendation is to make sure and check the checkin and checkout times of each hotel, especially if you plan on traveling between cities by train (as they are often delayed as mentioned already).

The staff was amazing! They couldnt have been friendlier at check in or throughout our stay. Parking is hard to find in this area but this hotel has plenty! A secured field across the street. Location, this hotel is very close to everything. Walkable to the train station and old town, with the beach conveniently located. The rooms were clean. The beds comfortable. The showers nice. I 100% recommend this place.

The location of this hotel to the beach is excellent, and they give you a beach towel to use. Parking is in a gated lot across the street about a block away. The walls are indeed paper thin, but we would stay there again. Manuel at reception was extremely friendly and helpful with the ferry and train schedules at the ready upon check-in, and provided great restaurant recommendations. We extended our stay one night, we enjoyed the area so much.

The hotel owner and staff were extraordinary! They were accommodating of our requests. They gave excellent directions and advice. The breakfast was plentiful and nourishing.

This small hotel is very well located and is a friendly Little hotel with nice breakfast. Beds are basic and room a bit small. But this will serve your needs for this type of setting. I would stay there again.

Clean room, effective AC (although the condensation drip bucket overfilled the first night), local/italian-style breakfast (espresso and forgettable junk food). Good restaurant recommendations from a very friendly host.Host is prompt with communication, which helped us to make other plans for our bags (he will not hold them until check in; its more like an airbnb style arrangement). The train station, maritime museum, or private company can hold your bags until check in.Housekeeping services rooms in the 3-5pm time frame, which makes an afternoon break from the heat a bit more complicated. It also results in the 6:30pm check in time. This is a fair exchange for the excellent value of the room (location, price, clean/modern room, comfortable bed).I cant remember if our host told us where to go once inside the building; another guest let us in and told us which floor to take the elevator to. However, we could have just as easily texted the host. There is no reception / etc. - the BnB is inside an unmarked room inside one room of the multistory building. Just ask the host for directions.

This little hotel was right to the right of the train station in Monterserro. Theres a pizza place right across the street with the BEST pizza i have ever eaten. Its 8 euros for a small pepperoni pizza. They were very fast and friendly checking us in. If we ever get to go back we would stay here again. We only stayed the one night but it was worth it.
