Mainly Treauville, does not have the charm of Deauville. Apart from that the hotel was with low capacity, and the staff was not attentive enough. The front desk during check-out a disaster, taking too long and making mistakes… and I stayed only 1 night! Did not feel I was in a 5 star hotel!

The staff was wonderful and the location was centrally located to everything .

It’s a fantastic hotel. It’s a beautiful building, by tjr sea and have great staff. Too bad the restaurant is closed due to covid, but you can order in room dining. The spa however is not up to the standards. If you go, enjoy the beautiful hotel and it’s surroundings.

The overall service Was great. The rooms are a little basic even if we opted to upgrade to the junior suite. The breakfast was good and staff was very friendly.

The overall stay was lovely. However, when I was in the steam room I touched a wall which burned my hand and the hotel didn’t really acknowledge the issue. They took 15 min to bring me ice and just acted surprised, not taking the issue seriously. This was the most serious burn I experienced in my life and I wasn’t able to use my hand for days. The day it happened, we told them this was quite serious as there was no sign and other people could get hurt and in return they just offered us our parking fees and a beer... the way they handled this matter was really disappointing for a 5 star.

The interior design was expensive but decidedly poor taste for such a fine building. Also they tried to charge me for parking when I left without any prior warning that such charge would apply. Have never been charged for parking at a hotel in France before. A shoddy practice.

Amazing services, excellent breakfast, superb staff and great location

The lobby and bar/bistro area are beautiful. The room was impeccable and had a real king size bed (uncommon). The spa pool and suana/steam room were also a welcome respite during our long days of travel.

I spent a lovely stay there. Everything was perfect: the room very pretty and nice bed, the restaurant was great, the spa very relaxing. I just loved it.

This was one of my first times staying in a 5-star hotel and it was really wonderful. The little "attentions" (staff remembering my name, bringing me up to the room to show me around, bathrobe and slippers, kettle for tea and coffee maker for coffee) really did make it a great stay. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the train station in Deauville and good for exploring both Deauville and Trouville-sur-Mer, especially for walking along the beach in Trouville. I didn't explore the "bains de mer" but the fitness room (where I was alone and had a view of the beach) and hammam were great. Overall, a lovely end-of-season stay at a real luxury hotel.

The breakfast buffet has to be one of the best on planet earth. And the service is EXCEPTIONAL!!!

Nice hotel in great location in Trouville. The hotel was clean, but had very little charm. Courtyard views basically meant facing a wall. Room service dinner incredibly disappointing. There was nothing "wrong" with the hotel, but it was poor value for money.

Beautiful hotel with a service of hammam

Great location on Trouville beach. Close to restaurants and Casino. Staff at restaurant mainly during breakfast were like "confused" all the time. This might be due to the fact that all staff are very young and unexperienced. Same for room service.

Service was not 5 star, room wasn't ready until 5pm on a sunday. Overall 4 star feel not 5. Drinks were overpriced. Service was slow. Won't go again. Poor value for money.

Nice hotel, both nothing to do, now ambiance in the bar or restaurant

We had a lovely stay at Cures Marines. The hotel has recently been renovated and it is gorgeous. The bed and bedding are extremely comfortable. Our room was large and very well lit with floor to ceiling windows and view of the beach. The neighborhood is great. It is walking distance to great restaurants and morning markets. If you get a chance, walk to Pillet Saiters fish market and eat fresh seafood and their delicious fish soup!!

Great hotel and location. Price of drinks/meals are expensives but worth it. Amazing gym we have enjoyed their inside swimming pool

The room had no space, no drawers for clothes, no table to have coffee, and poor view. It was rated as a superior room, which a total misnomer. I would not recommend this hotel unless you have money to throw away.

The room I booked is with King size bed with a view, When I got to the hotel, the hotel can only offer me either with a King bed with no view or a view with queen bed. Definitely NOT what Ive booked. No compensation was offered and the front desk staff made it seems like it is our fault and the Hotel.com error. We were stuck with a King bed room but the room can not be any smaller. There are less than 24 inches around the bed to the wall. There is no lift access on by stairs.At around 2:30am, the fire alarm was heard in the hallway and we did not receive any directions as to whether to evacuate or stay in room. I tried to call the front desk but there is no answer. We end up not able to sleep at all that night.Breakfast is ok but service is slow. Coffee and tea take over 10 mins to get to our table. Food is average.Valet and luggage service however is excellent.Not a nice experience after all.
