Lovely property, clean comfortable room, wonderful restaurant for dinner.

For the 5th yr, wife and I were meeting family for dinner and to watch fireworks from our room. Dinner was wonderful and so were the fireworks.

Wish there was a pool everything else was great!

The view is always great. We’ve been coming here for years, but overall the hotel has sadly gone down a drastic hole of not being clean, poor service (ie no coffee available on weekends) inexperienced staffing, etc etc!!! Sad to see but true

The inn was very pretty and we had a nice, quiet weekend staying there. Seemed like a pretty steep price, given we didnt have a lake view room though. For a location on the lake, I assumed there would be a general patio area on property to sit outside and enjoy the view while drinking morning coffee or something. The desk associate said the only lakefront patio available was for the restaurant, which wasnt open until later. We returned to our room to drink coffee on the dirty balcony overlooking the parking lot. What is the point of staying at an inn on the lake if there is no way to enjoy the view from the property??? This was pretty disappointing considering the amount of money we paid to stay there. Next time we're in the area, I'll book somewhere less expensive and just drive to the lake.

Hotel room was amazing and it looks just as the photos on here show! Very clean. FYI The tub has no jets. The TV is weird and you cannot scroll channels have to manual enter each channel. Front desk was helpful in trying to fix the TV but this was the only way it would work at all. Only disappointment was restaurant has wonderful ambience but the food was only okay. For $$$$ I expect better food. The service was horrible. I literally served myself.

We loved the view and balcony! Room was lovely, friendly,helpful staff. We had a delicious dinner at the Grandview Restaurant. We will definitely be returning to the Geneva Inn!!!

Very good place to stay in Lake Geneva! We had a room with an amazing lake view - very enjoyable. One negative thing - very loud air conditioner. If not that, I would l say it is an excellent place to stay.

Beautiful property and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the cleaning crew, especially Ashley was extremely accommodating. However, I was shocked at the lack of staff friendliness throughout the experience. The staff do not greet people and are not friendly which shocked me. I am a world traveler and every hotel and airline makes the customer feel welcome and appreciative for being a customer. The Geneva Inn does not extend this curtesy naturally- will help customers when asked, but do not extend courtesy as a cultural norm.

This is a nice hotel - but completely overpriced. I paid $425 per night to have a room on the lake. The view was beautiful. The room was nice and spacious - the tv was small and the service was spotty and cut out alot. The tub was nice as well as the refrigerator. The building overall looks like it needs some repairs and the property looks a little shabby. My comments are based on the price they charge - it is alot of money to pay and probably very overpriced for what you get. I would say the room you can charge $200-$250 at this time - $425 is excessive for it being off season and for the amenities - nothing blew my mind

Great location and view. Only two things preventing me to give 5 stars. 1. We found the thermostat impossible to figure out. It was not intuitive at all. The display was cracked, indicating that others must have been frustrated, too. 2. With a nice large balcony and lake view, why on earth would you not have chairs and a table on the balcony to enjoy it. Very strange.

The hotel was great. Complimentary champagne when we checked in. Great room with balcony and lake view. Staff were very courteous. Room was a good size, clean and fully accessorized. Would very much love to stay again.

Wonderful stay. This is the CLEANEST hotel I have ever stayed in. Very comfortable, nice and friendly staff. I would recommend The Geneva Inn to anyone. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

So romantic and beautiful! We had an absolutely amazing stay.

My daughter and I stayed for one night and it was a great place to stay-quiet and clean and the champagne at check in was a nice touch! Would definitely stay there again!

Check in was fast and the girl at the front desk was super nice. Room was great with a beautiful view of the lake. Bathroom was nice and big and loved the extra counter with a sink and a mini Keurig. Bed was nice but pillows were a little firm for me. For the most part all was good until about 10pm ish when the room next to us had their kids just running and jumping off the bed and all we could hear is the bumping from that until 1130 and at one point they were in the hallway- now we were there off-season in Feb so I guess I didnt really expect to be hearing all that. It was just rude at that time of night and the hotel wasnt fully booked so we were thinking - why would they put a family with kids right next to us when there were plenty of other rooms they could have placed them so they weren't right next to a couple?! Oh well- out of all the nice about the hotel that can def ruin your thoughts. The next morning we went downstairs just to get coffee or something before checkout - beware they dont have many choices -and you pay for everything- which is fine I did know that but my husband drinks regular tea and we couldnt get that- all they had were 4 other flavors- they should really consider just regular black tea as a option not just the 1 kcup in the room. My Latte was great so no complaints there. Overall it really was a nice quaint place and I bet in the summer its even better with that lake view!
