We had an incredible stay at White and it was our favorite hotel on island. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home and the food is excellent. They also booked experiences for us and coordinated transportation. We are so grateful for an amazing stay and can’t wait to return!

We were so pleased with our stay at White. The staff are kind, thoughtful, and always willing to help. The location is stunning. The setting is quiet & intimate with only a few rooms, and our suite was bright, clean, and comfortable with a lovely ocean view. We loved our morning breakfasts and the evening tea service. I highly recommend White.

Staff and the hotel were great. However being an adult only property, we were woken up by a baby and had to have breakfast with a family was not the quiet morning I was looking forward to. The staff explained its because the sister property was closed. This felt like their upgrade was my downgrade for what I paid for.

From start to finish we loved our stay at the White Exclusive Villas. Sara welcomed us excellently, we felt immediately relaxed yet amongst nature. The breakfast was outstanding, we also had an evening meal there and we loved the food. When we come back to the Azores, we will stay here.

I stayed here for a solo trip, and I was extremely pleased. The hotel rooms have been recently renovated and are spacious and aesthetically pleasing. My hotel room was cleaned thoroughly everyday. My room (including most - if not all) opened out onto the deck overlooking the sea.
Breakfast was included with a nice selection.
Staff were friendly and super helpful every step of the way. Some nice additional touches include:
1) A cell phone was provided with my room to use during my visit. Daily suggested trip itineraries were texted to the phone.
2) Grey towels were provided for use at the hot springs.
3) Breakfast was packed for my early morning flight.
I definitely recommend staying here! The capital is only a 15 min taxi ride away.

The view of the property was breathtaking . Staff were very friendly . Quality of breakfast was good but very careful with the serving portions. We were staying at junior suite , room was very small and very inconvenient, the side tables were a block , no drawer .
Bathroom too tight , generally I didn’t like the design of the room ,

Amazing experience. From the unbelievable setting, to the gorgeous property and incredible food, it was the stay of a lifetime. Lovely staff and serene setting made for the perfect retreat to come back to after a busy day of sightseeing. Loved all of the extra touches like the welcome tea and evening sleeping rituals.

We had a wonderful time at White. It was a perfect place to relax by the pool while looking at and listening to the ocean. The staff were very attentive. The food was delicious and the massages were excellent. I highly recommend

What a beautiful stay in a magical place. Sandra at the front desk was so warm, welcoming and friendly. She helped us book last minute couples massage which was out of this world on their sea-view platform. Breakfast was spectacular and the rooms were beautiful and large.

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Sao Miguel, stop looking and book this property. I cannot say enough good things about it. From the first moment we got there, the customer service is unmatched.
The food was delicious, breakfast is included and was our favorite part of the day. Room was clean, comfortable, and included everything we could possibly need. Staff was extremely friendly and helped us plan where we should go during the day. We stayed a week and it was hard to leave this beautiful property! We went in the winter (January), so the weather wasn’t ideal but they have space heaters on the patios/heat the pool etc to make it more comfortable. We will be back!

This property is truly one of a kind. Stayed 8 nights and it wasn’t enough. There are only 10 rooms so felt quite exclusive. We stayed in the villa and it’s definitely our top 3 resort stays and we travelled a lot. The ambiance of the place should be 10 stars. The great service started before we arrived. The manager João and receptionist Heloise were exemplary and made sure we had the welcome we desired. We were always happy to see Heloise beautiful and welcoming smile. Joao was always around checking in to ensure you were having a memorable stay. Marlene, Flavia, Andre were servers who helped in making our stay memorable. You get my point. The staff is amazing. There is a lovely lady at front desk wears glasses (can’t recall her name) loved her as well. This hotel is wasaaaaaaay more exclusive, ideal and beautifully appointed that you can imagine. The photos do not do it justice. You will not be disappointed.

Stayed here for six days for our honeymoon and absolutely loved the island and the hotel. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions for things to do and restaurants. Our room (ocean suite) was lovely and so comfortable. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant once and highly recommend it. Overall, it was an amazing stay!
