The place was very close to the town centre within less than 10 minutes walk and parking free.
The lady in front desk was very friendly and explained everything clearly, made our check in easily and welcomed.
The room was very small but with a good sized bathroom, the bedding and towels were clean.
The room was a bit smelly and the carpet was very worn out.

This is a practical, no nonsense offering in an excellent location. It is not luxurious by any stretch, but it’s clean and benefits from a friendly welcome.

Convenient location for the town centre with easy walking distance to nearby pub for an evening meal. The attached Taverna was closed during our stay.

I really loved my stay at the mascall centre. I stayed Friday and Saturday night with a friend. We found lots of lovely places to eat and there is a little kitchen where you can make your own meals. The town is less than 5 minutes walk away and there is loads of history, quaint shops, cafes and charity shops to explore. The room was basic but everything you could wish for. Warm and clean and comfortable. Kettle, tea coffee and hot chocolate all supplied. All in all a great value stay and we will definitely be back again!

Lovely little complex. Its clean and well run. Nice touches ..like decaf tea and coffee, as well as regular in the room. Communal iron etc Good quality bedding. Well organised 🙂

It was a great price, comfortable & warm & clean. Nice welcome when we checked in. A kitchen if we wanted to use it. Plenty of free parking.There was nothing not to like about & I'll definitely be recommending it to anyone who might think of staying in the area.

Lovely hotel, comfy bed and right in centre of ludlow. Stayed in the family room, bunk beds were sturdy enough for 2 teenagers.

Room ok for the price but first impressions not very good, outside of building very scruffy with stuff dumped in more than one location. The lady that greeted us didnt give a good first impression either.

Basic student type accommodation. Small room, single beds small tv and own shower room. There is a communal kitchen but we didn't use it, it was clean and tidy though. Excellent security with key pad entrance to accommodation corridors. Felt very private. Great value if you plan to be out all day, it is a 4 minute walk into the town centre.

Welcoming reception. Simple very clean quiet single room. I fully approve of the Mascall Centre having a fully accessible room which the single room is. Would definitely like to return! Thank you

Great to have access to a communal kitchen (including extra supplies and microwave).
Brilliant that the free onsite parking was available before the check-in time and after the check-out time.
Nice little courtyard garden.
Very central to railway station and tourist centre but set a long way back from the road so also very peaceful.
Other people's reviews mention noise from other guests but this was not a problem for my visit.

Perfect location for the shops, just a few minutes walk away. Fantastic facilities, especially the kitchen with everything you could need. The only downside was the room was a bit small.

The room was clean and comfortable, perhaps a little basic but good value so no complaints. The other guests were pretty noisy but that’s not the fault of the hotel.
Excellent location for town centre and free parking as well.

Quite quirky. Room was very small and little space to put things down however good value for money, spotlessly clean, very close to Ludlow centre and a lovely cooked English breakfast in the morning. Would visit again

A very functional place to stay for one evening, lots of parking, food and drink nearby. The check-in is only open until 5 unless arranged prior to arrival, I didn’t check the confirmation email so I had to rather embarrassingly call the premises manager to come back and let me in. Which they did within 5/10 mins and without complaint. Fully my mistake but worth noting.Rooms were clean but not immaculate. My twin was cosy, had A good en-suite and towels and bedding were good quality.

Only downside is only twin single beds and other guests talking loudly late in the night and early morning. Had breakfast in the centres cafe and whilst not the cheapest, certainly worth the price due to the quality of the products and outstanding service and friendliness we encountered.

Rooms well maintained but very small. Staff very friendly. Good café on site. Hot water pipes constantly hot which made room very warm.
