Área has nightclubs across the street, however, the rooms on the opposite side are very quiet. We always request that side,

I went for a few days to rest and the hotel did not have water for many hours

the towels were all ripped off with big holes, ask them to changed them and gave us back other towels in the same condition, one day there were no towels at all in the room, we called and ask for towels and they said that there were not towels available because the cleaning service had not delivered them and they brought the towels at 7pm

It’s a quite new hotel so basically looks great. I stayed in a junior suite but it’s not worth it due to horrible mysterious noises coming from the ceiling constantly that never let you sleep. I stayed in New year and there are adhesive tapes attached to the walls (I guess there were Xmas decorations?) that gave me a bad impression about cleanliness. Also One of the pillows had a brown stain. Ew.

The hotel is no longer as clean as it was before in terms of the bedrooms. The last two times I have arrived they are dirty, especially the bathroom and furniture

Excellent alternative for business travelers. Rooms are small but well appointed. Breakfast is excellent. There is underground but limited. Air conditioning system was difficult to control.

The Hotel itself was amazing, very modern and spacious. The ONLY annoyance was that it ONLY had enough parking for max of 15 small cars. Upon arrival & before check-in I spoke to a General Mgr. By the name of Alejandro & he assured us they had parking availability next door... well we returned late on Saturday after our Family event and come to find out we had to park down the street because it was a busy night with the 2 Clubs right in front. And the gentleman watching out said there was nothing he could do to accommodate or park our rental car next door like we were told at check-in. Very frustrating.

Well located and easy to move around the area, many options for dinning. The room was clean, the air extraction in the bathroom was not working and the maintenance team fix it quickly, the carpet in the hallway looks very dirty

It’s a very very beautiful, new and clean property. The mattresses were so comfy and they cleaned our room every day. I highly recommend it if you’re ever staying in the beautiful San Luis!

Enjoy staying in this hotel. This is the third year we stay here. We had an issue with the room we reserved. It was facing a main street where a night club is located. Music was very loud. We were able to change rooms and received credit for the difference in price for the room.

The personal at the hotel is not very professional, they need to buy new towels , and the room is not as clean as I would like it. They had so meany cars in the parking lot and it got chaotic.

I like the location of the property. The hotel is near downtown, stores, restaurants, and access to public transportation. The food was amazing, and the restaurant staff were so friendly and went out of their way to provide the best service. The cons about this location was housekeeping, the service wasn't great. The towels were ripped and shredding. Get one of the back rooms if you don't like noise, there is a bar across the street that will keep you up Friday and Saturday night.

This is the best hotels in San Luis Potosí in all aspects especially cleanliness, food, it has a very good location and the staff is super friendly.🙏
