This was our first visit to Kuala Lampur, hotel was really nice, staff were super friendly and good location as its online 15min walk to the Petronas towers. Would definitely stay there again.

I liked everything specially the breakfast. No complaning. It was awasome.

Close to 2 train stations most sites only 2 stops away. Convenience store on premises. Pool lovely to cool off but very hot during day. Breakfast good lots of options but busy when tour group is there..staff lovely. Some food was cold even though we were there at opening. Need to keep lids closed or on heat. Overall loved our stay there.

Staff are very good…we had some health issues and they help us very very good…the staff were very helpful. The best….the hotel is very clean and the breakfast is excellent so much varieties of food. Love it and walkable to great tourist attractions.

Good hotel

Excellent stay. The room was exceptionally clean. The room is compact but every inch of space is well utilized. Conveniently located 15-20minute walk to Petronas Towers in 1 direction, Merdeka in another and also to Chinatown. Had a beautiful view of Menara Tower and Petronas Towers

Well, the bloody hotel maid threw away my £100 shampoo and conditioner I had left by mistake in another room, so that was a crappy start to the day. Especially as the hotel front desk denied anything was found. Lies. The reception guy was pretty snotty by pressing the night before I return ALL three hotel cards given to me (I asked for an extra as I had forgotten the other in the room). Seriously, you're that hard up on plastic keys? Maybe you'd have money if you STOP LEAVING OPEN THE HOTEL FRONT DOOR TO THAT WASTES ELECTRICITY. The smaller room I checked into was just as clean as the suite, with comfortable beds and pillows. Bit have a TOP SHEET FGS. The duvet is too warm without the AC and the AC blasting means one gets cold too quickly. Seriously, you're 5-star, act like it. Wifi just as excellent as uploads and downloads, and sockets by the bed. Very good shower temperature options and pressure. Good soundproofing although the din of the eating area does rise when you step outside your door, so ask for an upper floor (I was on floor 11). Hotel gym is surprisingly decent with free weights, a machine, treadmills, exercise balls. Small, but clean and decent, even if does get a bit too warm despite the AC. The included breakfast is decent enough.

Wrote in more than a week before check-in regarding toilet amenities and till date (checkout) and there's no response. Hair found in towel, called and replacement was reasonable (as we have left the room for meal). Following day, hair found in face towel! Didn't ask for replacement as not intent to use Though clean towels but hair found shows hygiene level need to improve. Room has smell but bearable and so didn't ask for room change. Water flowing sound can be heard but didn't affect my spouse sleep and so didn't request room change. (Most likely water flowing from upstairs guests' showering). Bed was comfortable and room considered spacious. Room was right bedside lift, can be noisy if other guests talked loudly at lift lobby. High floor seems to have been reserved for other non-ASEAN /non-Asian (should know which group I'm referring to. Unable to confirm if we are the 'non-identified' ones. For your consideration if assigned room 410.

A modern, comfortable luxury hotel, which is centrally located and within easy walking distance of the MRT and the Petronas Towers. A great breakfast and roof top swimming pool facilities. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Generally I’m happy with everything. Place was clean. Quite peaceful but I suggest to not take level 4 rooms as they are too close to the dining area which was on level 3. Can get quite disturbing with the noise. What stopped me from giving an excellent review this time round was that the door to the room was not working for our 3 days 2 nights stay there. We reported at least twice or thrice and was told that it would be looked into but sadly it was not addressed. Basically we could not lock the door. Upon closing anyone could just open it and walk in. We had to put everything in a safe and brought some valuables around with us. We could have asked for another room but we really really really had faith in the efficiency of the hotel. I used to have no issue with staying here but that incident has made me rethink any future decision.

The breakfast is not up to the standard of the hotel.

Hotel staffs are kindness. The room cleaning is good. A convinience store is nothing around the hotel.

I loved my stay here. It was my first two nights on a longer journey to Malaysia, and it was the best start to my trip. Great service, comfortable room, and great roof top.

Dissapointing stay and the hotel wouldnt cancel one night because I had to go back to my country for emergency...asked me all documents and so for just one night... absolut nightmare to speak with those people. No humanity as I spoke with one employee repeating me ten times in a row this is the policy ! The hotel is very standard, cold. wont be back.

Excellent value for what you get from this 4 stars property. I won't categorize it as a luxury hotel - it's more of an upper-scale modern property. It's conveniently located with a 5 mins walk to the closest LRT station and 20 mins walk to KLCC. A supermarket is located right behind the hotel if you need to grab something quick. The breakfast included in the room rate offers both local and western food choices, and everything I tried tasted decent. The rooftop pool offers unobstructed views of the KL Tower and also a side view of the Petronas Twin Towers. Highly recommended.

We were 16 people in 8 rooms and everything was fabulous and satisfactory until, on the 10th floor, a bracelet was stolen from one of the rooms. The simplest bracelet was made of red thread with an amber stone and we filed a complaint, leaving at 5:00 am and surprise, the roommate of the lady from the robbery tells me that all her souvenirs from Japan and some from Malaysia were also stolen from her.

Excellent hotel, very pleasant and helpful staff. Only criticism is that the restaurant had a very limited menu for dinner and almost no customers-perhaps they all eat out?

Amazing hotel, with fantastic services, all staff are so kind, caring, friendly, clean and very helpful. Delicious breakfast and are the best overall I have travelled. Awesome clean swimming pool. Will come back soon. Highly recommend.

We like this property

The cafeteria for breakfast is small. Lack of variety of food and cramped space due to cafe size is small. My room on level 2 is noisy due to the kitchen in level 3.

It was fine. Nothing outstanding. Staff for check in were a little disorganised, swapped in the middle and took a while, but bag drop was efficient and they moved the roo.ing so our party were on the same floor (though not adjacent). Beds comfy, thiugh room spacw quite small. Shower pressure good and eniugh towels. Breakfast was VERY busy for the space given, lifts were not helpful for moving the large numbers of people up and down the hotel. Pool was OK, 4 sunloungers. Rooftop "lounge" 4 tables and chairs, pool towels available and all very clean. View was nice

Great hotel and breakfadt for the price. Although it was really busy at breakfast. Easy access to LRT to go to Baku cave, Chinatown and Little India. Nice pool and bar. You can see KL tower and twin towers from hotel pool.

Checkin took ages (about 20 min) despite their not being a queue. Reckon if there were 2 customers in front we would have waited an hour!

The breakfast is at least adequate and varied. Location close to downtown. Swimming pool on the roof of the hotel.

We believe it was a 4-star rated hotel years ago but it's wearing out without proper repairs. There was no hot water in day 3 and the only customer lift was out of order in one day, we had to take the truck lift at the back. However, for the price it charged, the swimming pool is good and clean, a good sized room and convenient location to the heart of the city.

The staff were nice enough and the hotel room was tiny. That's all ok but the most shocking thing that happened is that my room had a "do not disturb" sign on the door. The cleaning staff ignored this and opened the door while I was wearing no clothes. I reported to the front desk and didn't even get an apology. They said a manager would call me back but never did. I do not recommend this place.
