Very comfortable house, great pool, large fenced yard for our dog. Going back next year!

Traveled with my adult children, husband and three dogs. Donna’s house was perfect for us! The pool was awesome! We found out one of our dogs loves to swim and would constantly jump in if we were swimming. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The neighbors were nice as well. Only complaint would be the thermostat is not allowed to go below 70. Being in Florida and post menopausal, i still run hot all the time. It would have been nice to have a cold house. Definitely would still recommend to stay here.

The home is very nice and has absolutrly everything you need. The pool is absolutely amazing & the enclosure keeps the bugaboos away. The home is in close proximity to every adventure in the area, the beach, Crystal & Rainbow river, swimming with manatee. The property manager met all our needs promptly. We had a wonderful time & will definitely reserve this perfect home again.

My family loves to do little vacations just so the kids can swim in a pool. On vacation, we spend 90% or better of our waking hours swimming or at the pool. This pool is large, refreshing, and there's a place to sit in the shade.
Inside, we had everything we needed from high speed internet, great water pressure in the showers, all the necessary appliances and all the things to cook and grill with.
If i had to say anything bad at all, it's that it's not as private as the pictures imply. The neighbors are close on all sides. But, no one bothered us whatsoever, and we hardly saw them, so it didn't impact our stay.
We would gladly stay here again, so that is the best recommendation one could ask for, in my opinion.
The host is very accommodating and responds quickly to any messages.

We came for a family reunion in Florida. There was not enough room at relatives homes for all of us so 2 couples rented this VRBO. We didn't spend very much time at the rental, but it was a great get away from the rest of the family. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean and well appointed. Never did try the pool but it looked very clean.

The house is very clean, the beds are comfy, lots of towels. Home has everything you need, hair dryer, dishwasher, laundry facilities, coffee maker. The pool is wonderful. Location is great, close to everything. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Will definitely be back. Loved every minute there.

Home was ready and waiting for us. Clean as a whistle and exactly as advertised. Great high speed internet and lots of smart tv’s. Kitchen had everything we needed and the ice maker was able to keep up with us. Pool was great but weather did not cooperate, too cold 😩😩
Beds were very comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised by great water pressure in showers.
We would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying again next year when the temperature is higher so we can use pool 😜

I needed a mutual location to visit with friends and this house served it's purpose. It was clean and airy and easy to get to. It was a short distance to shopping and good restaurants. Close to Crystal River. The owner Donna was prompt with all communications. The only downfall was, and this is my fault, I did not realize the pool was NOT heated and in February in Florida, it's cold. However, in the big scheme of things, it was not a deal breaker because we found other things to do in the area allowing my visit with friends to be fun and easy going.

The house was nice and had plenty of room. The owner was quick to respond to the texts I sent. The primary bathroom could use some work which the owner was going to do when we checked out. The house has a beautiful pool (unheated) which we were unable to use because it was cool out. Overall it would be a nice place to rent.

We stayed here as a family of 7 while visiting my father in law who lives in a senior living space nearby. It was a good location, convenient to grocery, restaurants and not far from Crystal River and Homosassa. Kitchen was well stocked and newly renovated. Home was clean and Donna was very communicative and helpful. Loved the large kitchen table for playing family games. We were not in the pool area because it was too cold and the pool isn't heated. It looked nice from inside. Nice space for the pricepoint.

The area and house are nice and clean. Will state that the mattress on the sofa bed is not usable, but otherwise, it was a lovely home to spend time with family for the holidays.

I rented this house for me and my 3 siblings. We were visiting our mom in Beverly Hills. This house was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. Check in was easy & Donna was very responsive & great to work with. We will certainly be back!

This house had all we wished for from comfortable beds all with tv’s to a fully stocked kitchen, located in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and parks. The children’s favorite was a large pool with floats and noodles for fun times

This property was very nice and comfortable, well equipped and squeaky clean. The surrounding neighborhood is nice as well. We went scallop diving in Crystal River so it was close to that area as well. Donna is communicative and very friendly

We stayed he from 8/17- 8/21 the property was accommodating for the amount of family we had stay. Everything was clean and the kids loved the pool. The owner is great to deal with and very quick to respond. Would absolutely recommend to stay here and will definitely book again if we vacation in Florida again.

Property was extremely clean. Checkin was super easy - as was checkout. Communication with host was prompt and friendly. We were visiting family in the area and was nice to have our own place to hangout - and enjoy the pool!

The house was spacious, comfortable, and in a friendly older Florida neighborhood. We loved the large, deep pool and I enjoyed walking our dog around the neighborhood. We brought our boat and were able to try scalloping from both the Crystal River area as well as Homosassa. Our dinners out at Crumpys and Waterfront Social were delicious. Highly recommend this house and Donna, the owner, was great to deal with.

Our stay was very relaxing, quiet neighborhood. There did not seem to have a family living on either side of house or behind. The access to the pool without any worries was very simple 2 points of entry. When we came out we would run straight to garage to dry or change…. There are no cameras inside the garage nor inside the house… very thankful for! The house is close enough to anything you would ever need with over 2 grocery stores and fast food/restaurants. House was super clean, couches were very comfortable along with the dining chairs! Tv in every bedroom and living room. Kitchen has top of the line appliances super clean. Kitchen is stocked with spices, oils, flours and sugars. They also have a Keurig stocked with varieties of coffee to choose from. If you rent here you will NOT be disappointed! You have a cell phone number to text with “any” problems or issues; their response is immediate!! Wonderful place to stay!

Place was as described. Had a wonderful time for 2 weeks. Pool was amazing. The owner had very prompt communication and fixed anything brought to her attention immediately and even brought us extra items that we asked about. Quiet neighborhood and full fenced back yard was great. Would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

We had amazing communication with the owner from the time we booked (3 months ago) through the entire length of our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool daily which was a great way to spend our evenings after dinner. Everyone was comfortable with the house (even the fur babies) and the accommodations and would definitely recommend to others. Thank you for a great place to stay on our family vacation :)

The house was an easy drive over to Crystal River and other nearby attractions. The house was well equipped for our group, and had thoughtful extras for those things usually forgotten (coffee pods, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.). The kids enjoyed the pool!

Simple easy access to the home which was very clean and just as listed online. The remodel project for the home is quite excellent. Kitchen was fully stocked with most any item you might need. Beds were very comfortable and the updated bathrooms were very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio and pool area. The house location is an easy 15-20 minute ride into crystal river and homosassa springs to enjoy all the water and great food from the area. This house was great for our 4 adults and I’d highly recommend it to anyone

This place is nicely done and a lot bigger inside than we originally thought. Everyone was happy with their room and we loved the pool area. Nice, big fluffy towels and VERY CLEAN. We were close to the Homosassa Zoo, Legoland (2 hrs) and Crystal River. We would stay here again. Thanks for making our stay exceptional.
