We met some friends at this house to celebrate my husband’s 30th birthday and it was the perfect gathering place! We loved the space in the two living areas and extra large table. It was a great hosting house in a perfect location with lots of great restaurants around. We didn’t use the backyard for this quick stay, but that would have been a great hang out spot as well!

Home was very nice, couch did smell a little funny. There were a few ants coming in from various windows and lawn needed to be mowed. Never really heard from the manager I would never get a reply back. Over all a good stay just needs some maintenance.

Very nice stay! This home is renovated, and it was very spacious and clean. The host had great communication prior to and during the stay. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Plano.

We were from out of town needing a place to stay AND host a baby shower. This house was perfect! Most rentals don’t allow events so we were thrilled to find a cute one that did. Nicely remodeled with cute furnishings, lots of room, nice kitchen, comfortable beds, large master bath. Having access to the garage was awesome! Made unloading (especially all our food for the party) very convenient. Convenient location to grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. Mostly clean but the floors needed a good mopping. They weren’t clean at all. The pictures online were accurate except for the yard which was horrible. I realize the area had an extremely hot summer, but it looks like the yard has not been watered or kept up at all. Not only dead grass, but bare patches. And there was some scattered trash in the backyard. We had planned a few games for the backyard, but because it was unexpectedly hot that day we didn’t do them anyway. However the yard would not have been conducive for backyard activities. Overall it was a nice home we enjoyed staying in and would recommend.

If you are looking for a great ranch home to stay in the downtown Plano area this is a great choice. The design is great, beds comfortable, and the entire place just feels like home.

The hosts doesn’t respond to you at all, but besides that it was a good experience. You get charged a pet fee whether you bring pets or not, which I didn’t like so be mindful of that. But the location was perfect for our gender reveal, and it looked just like the photos….. which was great!!

My family stayed here for a weekend and had a great time. The host was very clear on what was expected from us and made the experience extremely enjoyable.

The space was as listed. Great if your planning a get together. We hosted a bridal shower. Great open spaces. Great backyard and patio are.

The house was perfect. Very large kitchen, 2 nice seating areas, great outdoor space, well decorated..and nice large dining table with room for everyone. We were all in town for a memorial service and it was 1.1 miles from downtown, Plano- Perfect location for our visit. We also had to prep some food for the occasion, and the very large kitchen made it so easy. Also, great and clear communication from the owner. It was a seamless visit. If this area works for you, this house is a great deal, lots of space, cute and comfortable, and affordable.
