Perfect location, and steps from the beach…
Our stay was Fabulous, coming to a clean home, fully stocked, screened in porch with beautiful beach view and BONUS: Excellent communications with Owner/Mgmt, Thank You Saxon & Son…. We will definitely be back!

I wanted to do something special for my husband for his birthday. We have never rented a beach house before so all of our kids and granddaughter could spend the weekend together. We had a nice time. The house was as described and clean. The water does have a bad smell maybe because it’s near the ocean. The only issue we had was the last two renters did not take the trash to the street and bags were piled up under the house and smelled horrible. I did reach out to the owner and he had someone come and take most of the trash away. He was responsive when I contacted him.

Really liked this property. We were able to put all of our things into our wagon for the day and walk about a minute to the beach. There was so much room for the four of us to spread out. The living room was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The closed in porch was nice too. Loved having the outside shower so we could rinse sand off after the beach before heading inside. Communication with the owners was great. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Cool place to stay during a very hot summer. Really close to the beach. AC was cool and Loaded with games, books, Wi-Fi, and towels. Fun for all family

Just like the listing say about one minute walk to the beach. Was an awesome Fourth of July weekend. Kids loved being at the beach. Loved how close the house was and was nice to relax in the living room after a beach day. Would stay here again. Thanks for a memorable family vacation!

Great property! I worried about it being 3rd row but it wasn’t a problem at all! The screen porch is an added bonus (mosquitoes were pretty bad at the beginning of our stay) a guy did show up one day and spray the yard which really helped! The house had lots of little extras like spices and coffee ect.

We had everything we needed. Walked to beach everyday and enjoyed the screened in porch in the evenings. Would stay again and recommend to others

I love this house. My 2nd visit and it was just as amazing as the last. The host was super accommodating with great communication. House had all the small appliances you would need and screened in porch is perfect! Can't recommend it enough.

First of all, the house is about a 1 minute walk to the beach, which was such a time saver. It gave us so much more time to spend at the beach instead of commuting. The house was very clean and welcoming. The decor was super cute and beachy. It was stocked with games and books and there is free wifi, which is always appreciated. There's a beautiful screened in porch with a great view. And you can see the beach from the wrap around front porch. Also, there were three bedrooms and plenty of beds to accommodate a bigger family. We will definitely be staying there again!

This is an excellent choice for beach access and fishing. Want to walk on the beach, you’re feet away. Want to fish? All the bait shops and jetty space you could ask for.
The inside is really nice, feels like home. If I could have stayed forever I would have. Bonus points the the screen covered patio to keep bugs out.
Only complaints was a tiny small roach problem near the sink and a rusty grill (owner said it will be replaced soon).
When I am on Surfside, this is where I will stay.

Excellent property. Host was easy to get on the phone when we had questions. The house had everything we needed and was well maintained. We had a great vacation and would definitely consider coming back in the future.

Great place to stay, loved the view from the porch upstairs and all the furniture was in great shape. Super close to the beach and you have a beautiful view from the whole house. Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend this house the maintenance man Bobby is number 1 in my book making sure we have everything. Steve the property owner is so quick on his response and making everything right and is so helpful. Thank you to them both . Recommend 10 out of ten

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very roomy and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and personable. We had a great phone conversation over nothing to do with our stay or the house.
Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate, we only escaped the cold by 20°!
We would definitely stay here again - when it's warmer!

In the positive: it is close to the beach, it had comfortable beds with plenty pillows and blankets (it got cold when we were there) and it had good a/c and heat.
The house is nicely decorated and has new windows, new flooring with an updated kitchen and bathrooms.
In the negative: we had difficulty with the many steep stairs to get up to the elevated house. Also, the WiFi was weak and the tv didn’t work well because of that. But we were on vacation and didn’t care about the lack of tv.

Bay ave entrance. 3rd house from beach. Plenty of room for 5 adults one child. Had everything! Did not need trash bags,soaps,dishwasher tabs,etc!

The size of the house was perfect for us and the location was great. The house wasn’t fully cleaned when we checked in, so we spent the first day cleaning and washing the sheets. After driving in from out of town, this was exhausting. Of course this was upsetting, but we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Beautiful home! This house was clean, well stocked, and close to the beach. The host communicated quickly anytime we needed to ask questions. We will definitely stay again! Can't wait!

Super cute house, thats a block away , walking distance to the beach. AC is the bomb, nice and cool and the beds were comfy. We rented a golf cart, which you can drive on the beach and there is also a golf path you can drive to the store. The kitchen was fully stocked w all kinds of kitchen, bowls, plates, cooking utensils. We enjoed sitting outside in the evening, either downstairs at the picnic table area, and also upstaira in the screened in area. We enjoyed our relaxing time @ Paradise Bay.😎

We had a great experience at Paradise Bay. Steve has the perfect set up with all the amenities. I love the closed in patio! The pictures describe the property well. Plus Steve is a+++ on communication. Will be back!

This was a great little house. Easy access to the beach. The screened porch was a lifesaver since the mosquitoes were so bad. Host even left multiple cans of mosquito spray. Host was very responsive & was very helpful. Made our Jeep weekend spectacular! Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a family/friend beach weekend. The location is great, very short walk to the beach! The screen-in porch is the best way to enjoy the sea breeze without the mosquitoes. Beds were very comfortable and the house was equipped with everything needed. Definitely a great place to stay and the owner was always available for any questions.

Beautiful house with an amazing view. Steve is very accommodating and kind. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to stay here again.
