The home is set on Lake Hamilton close to a cove. We stayed Tuesday-Sunday in April and boat traffic really only picked up on Friday. Before that it was pretty much the beautiful birds or geese you would hear. The home is very clean which is certainly appreciated when renting a vacation home. It has everything you would need and more. The property is close to grocery, restaurants and entertainment. The owners are great with communication. If we return to Hot Springs we would rebook this rental.

Our family of 5 (two adults, 3 teenagers), along with a friend for each child, had a blast at this property. It was perfectly located within a short distance to local amenities and varied interests for our larger group. We brought our boat to use in the slip and it was fabulous being able to simply wake up, grab the keys, and be on the lake in 2 minutes to fish or simply just go for a cruise around the beautiful scenery. Plenty of room to park the trailer at the house while we had the boat in the water. We visited the national park (only 15-20 minutes away) a couple of times for hiking and even caught the St Patrick’s Parade by accident while mingling around in the downtown area by the bath houses. Having the pool table gave the kids something to do when we were winding down for the night and they weren’t quite finished. Could not have wished for a better getaway location with the family and guests!

We had a great stay. The home has beautiful lake views both inside and from the multiple decks. As other reviewers have mentioned, it was stocked with everything we needed (e.g., kitchen supplies, blankets for cool nights, plenty of towels) and very clean. The pool table was a fun feature. It is conveniently located near a grocery store and close to many Hot Spring attractions.

The house is very clean, in a great location and spacious. Very well marked with where things are and what might switches work what lights. Loved our stay!

We loved this house! It is in a great location on the lake. Even though we were there in December it still has great views! The house was well stocked with towels, blankets and all the pots, pans, utensils you could ever need. I highly recommend this place!

We loved every part of the Lake House! We appreciated how clean and neat every aspect of the house was. We were comfortable from the moment we stepped inside. Every space, from the dining area, the kitchen, the bar, the living space, to the outdoor areas were perfect. Pool table was great fun too! We hope to be able to come back again!

We come to Hot Springs annually for a shopping trip. We’ve stayed in several different properties, but this one has been the best so far. The house is very spacious, clean, & conveniently located. The decks on each level, overlooking the lake, were wonderful & also clean. Everything was great. This will definitely be our new go-to property for our future trips!

We enjoyed all the extra space for our annual family gathering. The pool table was fun and having our own dock was so much better than staying at a condo. We will definitely be back next year!

Location of property was great and clean.

House is beautiful! Perfect for our two families. Husband and I in master suite which was fabulous and big. Couple in between work a bed and a bunk for their young kids. Our teens stayed in the other guest room. All supplies you need. Plenty of clean towels! Plenty of lake towels!! I love the area right beside Central Avenue!! Plenty of parking. Couldn’t have asked for more!! Would stay here again.

We have been coming to Hot Springs for over 20 years every summer and this house, by far, beat all the rest! The owners are so friendly and amazing to work with. They respond very quickly. The house…is spectacular! We have three teenagers, ages 15-18 and they all took a friend. There was ample room for everyone and the pool table was a big hit! The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need. Crockpot, blender, coffee bar, just to bake a few. There are plenty of seating options inside and out and I think we used them all. The master suite downstairs is pretty much the best area in the house, to us parents anyway! I will say it is downstairs, if that is an issue. They aren’t steep and very well lit. The stairs outside going down to the dock are also well lit and manageable. The location on the lake and in town is close to everything you want to be close to! Our dogs loved the vacation just as much as we did. There is plenty of room to park. We had three vehicles and a boat trailer and never had to worry about parking. We will definitely be back next summer!

House was conveniently located! Large main bedroom suite is located on the bottom floor and gave great privacy. Upstairs rooms were a perfect fit for our crew. Lots of windows and outdoor sitting on the balconies to enjoy views of the lake. Large TVs, pool table and board games provided fun entertainment after a day on the lake. House has a boat dock. We rented a boat nearby and were able to dock overnight at the house.

This lake house was literally in the middle of everything we wanted to do and see. Not far from stores , bars & downtown . I would definitely stay here again. We traveled with 7 adults and an infant. This property was perfect.

Three adult couples had plenty of room. We brought a boat and launching at public dock nearby was very convenient and so nice to go out on lake anytime we wanted. We visited several restaurants by boat. Ate in one night and so nice to grill and sit outside in gazebo for dinner. Plenty of room in the house for three couples. Lots of steps down to dock so be aware if that is an issue. Thankfully it was not for our group. Our first visit to Hot Springs and we all agreed we’d like to come back!

We are 3 senior couples checking out what the area has to offer. We drove downtown & up the mountain park to overlook the city. There is a Brewery in one of the Bathhouse buildings, so we stopped in. Another day we found Grateful Head Pizza/Beer. Interesting & friendly. We went to the horse races for an afternoon, Great ! And we toured the Coleman Quartz mine. Interesting & fun to see lots of people digging for treasure. As for the house, it has bright beautiful views of the lake. The blue & white theme was lovely. Blue accent lighting at night was cool. The kitchen & Living/Dining areas are all on the same level. Spacious . The main bathroom has a huge stone floor walk in shower. Nice ! The Master suite is on the lower level & was good too. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms are small & just ok. But everything seemed very clean. We had a fine week. Thank you !

We had a fabulous time! The house was perfect and we’d definitely come again!

We loved the house with lots of windows to view the water. It had all the necessary essentials for a few nights stay. The house was very clean. We would have given it a 5 star rating except of the dirty grill, which we had to scrub for a hour or more just be able to grill burgers. The grill area was really dirty with dirt & pollen that had been there for some time. Grill looked like had not been cleaned for months!, the muddy walkway to grilling area which had trip hazards. It would have been really nice if the deck from the house went to the grilling area. Also, the motion light on master suite if positioned where it shines bright light into bedroom during the night, waking us up at all hours. the bed against wall was problems with you having to crawl over your partner to get in and out of bed. Not to mention, you elbows hitting wall during the night.

The property was exactly as pictured. It was spacious and comfortable and well equipped for the lake. We would absolutely return here!

Very clean, freshly updated house on the lake - what else to want for a couple of days' stay at the Hot Springs?

This house was everything the listing and the reviews said it was! Very clean probably one of the best rental houses we’ve ever stayed in ! The bar area is amazing! Everything you could need to make drinks and enjoy! The whole property looks freshly remodeled and the two open balconies are fantastic with a great view of the lake the property owners were only a text away to answer any questions and some welcoming snacks for us when we got there. If we ever go back to hot springs wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!

This property is gorgeously remodeled with quality materials and attention to details. It has a nice floorplan with a completely separate living space downstairs that teenagers feel great in. There are nice decks at every level, as well as one sitting area near the water. A well equipped, covered grilling area with table/chairs is also available. The kitchen has everything one may need for cooking and 3 TVs with a multitude of streaming services will take care of most entertainment needs. For us, the pool table became the focal point of some evenings but others may enjoy more the bar area with mirror walls. The lake views are fantastic (at the time of our visit the water level was quite low) and the surroundings feel safe. Downtown Hot Springs is about 20 minutes by car. A place to build unforgettable memories with family and friends!

Not enough good words to describe this place. It is beautiful, spacious, calming and the view!!! It’s much better than the pictures! Super clean and the amenities were better than any hotel or B&B I’ve ever stayed in and we travel a lot. Even the neighbors came to our rescue when we had car trouble. The location is convenient to anytime. We carried our boat and the cover boat slips with bumpers protected our boat even during a small rain storm. Leaving it out at night, nothing was bothered. The kids loved fishing from the pier. The best part, getting in and out of the house was wheelchair assessable for a 34” power chair! Communication this the owners were so easy and quick. No one could go wrong staying here! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Pictures do not do this property justice! Spotless and freshly renovated property with lake access. Already planning our trip back when we can take advantage of the lake. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Hosts definitely put lots of thought into insuring property would be great for vacation. Communication with hosts/checkin was seamless and easy. A few bars/restaurants close by but never had any issues getting Uber anytime we needed.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful lake home. The location is very convenient to everything you need, and just outside of downtown for a relaxing feel. The lake is beautiful and quiet and the home has tremendous views. There is plenty of room for all family members, with fun things to do. There is also a lot of wildlife to see - right from the back porch. We highly recommend this home, and would stay here again when visiting Hot Springs!

The house was incredible. we will definitely come back to the house, wished we had more time. They had all the amenities and the house was spotless, incredibly beautiful. Relaxing short vacation I wish we could have stayed longer.
