Smartly furnished property. Enjoyed our stay. Good location very near to restaurants, seafront etc. On 8th floor so it was quiet during day. However carnival celebrations were taking place very close by during our stay in March and we felt that the noise level was too much in the evenings, although thankfully did seem to have abated by 11.15pm. We would definitely consider booking this apartment again, however, at a different time when it is quieter.

We had a great stay at Christine's apartment and Christine was a very helpful host. The location was perfect for our needs I would highly recommend a stay here.

The host was very attentive in the planning stage & provided contact details if we should have any queries during our stay. The property was perfect for 2 couples and excellently located with great views of the harbour. There are lots of restaurants to choose from and plenty of small supermarkets.

From start to finish the renting process was very efficient . The owners welcomed my family on arrival and made sure we were settled in before leaving us with a contact number should we encounter any problems during our stay . It was a lovely personal touch .

Overall a lovely experience Christine was very accommodating and friendly. The apartment block was well looked after pools etc.the apartment itself was excellent apart from the fact that there was no oven as described. We like the option of dining in sometimes but it limits what you can cook. But apart from that we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely apartment, nicely furnished and well equipped. Very good location and easy walk to lots of bars and restaurants. Owner very easy to deal with and Rodolf was very helpful during our stay. Would definitely return if we come back to Los Cristianos.

We couldn't have asked for more! The apartment was in immaculate condition when we arrived and we were warmly welcomed by Jean-Pierre, who told us everything we needed to know. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning and we were provided with everything we needed, as well as welcome drinks! Throughout our stay, Christine and her husband were very understanding and helpful. The location is great: it's quiet, but close to the Los Cristianos and Las Vistas beaches; local supermarkets are very accessible; it is about a 5-minute walk to the titsa bus stop; and the free siam park bus stop is right opposite the accommodation, and it also doubled as the meeting point for one of our bus tours. The pool was also in good condition and was cleaned every day. We had issues turning on the tv, however, it wasn't a problem as we were out most of the day and didn't need to use it. There are also tennis courts on-site, however, we didn't use them as we, unfortunately, didn't bring rackets! Overall, the accommodation was great for a family of four and we definitely know where we are staying if we are to return to Los Cristianos!

This was a lovely apartment with great views and close to all the restaurants and beaches. Very clean and comfortable. Booking was easy and smooth. Christine the owner was lovely and kind and made check in a dream. Thanks Christine. Would love to go back soon

We had a lovely stay, the apartment had everything you need for a very comfortable holiday well equipped kitchen WiFi TV etc. The location was excellent with lovely beaches bars restaurants all walking distance. Bus station and lots of places to visit at your doorstep. Definitely I will go back.

Pas de surprise, l'annonce et les photos sont identiques à la réalité de notre séjour. Le logement est propre, avec 3 belles piscines , face a la mer, prêt des commerces et de la mer et permet de passer d'agréqble vacances sans contrainte ni souci! Georges

Super appartement (plus beau que sur les photos), fonctionnel et très bien équipé (surtout la cuisine) ! Pratique pour notre famille de 4 personnes, nous étions comme chez nous :). Emplacement idéal, à proximité de tout ! Calme, vue magnifique, piscine géniale et très peu fréquentée même en plein été. Rien à dire ! L’appartement que je louerai avec a coup sûr à mes prochaines visites. Enfin, Christine est une hôte super disponible réactive, arrangeante ! Merci pour tout et merci pour l’accueil chaleureux et pro de Marlette.

L'appartement est très joliment décoré, propre, avec tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer un séjour très agréable . La vue sur la mer du balcon et de la chambre est magnifique . L'emplacement central est appréciable aussi, proche de la plage, des supermarchés , restaurants etc.....

Lovely view from Apartment. Ideally placed for bars & Restaurants. Apartment was nicely furnished. Only one downside was that twin bedroom main light didn’t work, but didn’t detract from our stay. Would definitely recommend

We have just returned from a week's holiday in this lovely apartment. Fabulous location and a perfect view! We will be back.

Apartment was lovely and clean, really comfy beds. Close to all the beaches restaurants and bars but quiet. Balcony was small compared to others I’ve been used to but the views were spectacular and sipping wine enjoying the afternoon and evening sun was lovely. Didn’t use the pool so can’t comment but it looked really clean as did the complex overall. My only small comment would be that a information pack with directions to the nearest supermarket, where to empty bins etc would have been useful. Fabulous apt would recommend and would definitely return.

The appartment has a great location, away from the buzz yet very close to the happening and the beach. The rooms are spacy enough, the appartment has all you need and it is a great stay overall. Totally recommend it!:)

The local bus exchange is also less than 5 minutes walk away, which made it easy to travel about the island, and to get to/from the airport (we got a taxi when we arrived, approx 27Euros, but returned to the airport by bus, approx 3euros each, 15 minute journey). An added bonus was how close the apartment was to a bus stop for the free services to Siam Water Park and Siam Mall, and which also doubled up as pick up points for many of the tours/excursions, making days out just that little bit easier. The apartment itself was great, on the 8th floor, with the balcony having a lovely view over the 3 pools, and across the harbour. The pools themselves were often used by residents, but never overly busy (although inflatables/balls are not allowed). Inside the apartment, the WiFi was fast and reliable (important when travelling with a teenager!), and while there is no aircon, there were ceiling fans in both bedrooms.We had a warm welcome from Jean-Pierre, despite arriving late due to a flight delay, and the beers already cooling in the fridge were a welcoming sight! El apartamento está muy bien y la urbanizacion en la que está también. Tiene unas piscinas bien cuidadas que a mis hijos les han encantado. Los dueños muy agradables. Tuvimos un problema con el lavavajillas que resolvieron rápidamente y eso que estabamos en agosto.

We were met at the reception and shown to the apartment which is very modern and renovated to a high standard. The apartment has everything you could need a real home from home. The location is very central for everything. In fact we wouldn’t hesitate to book again ( we did try but it was already fully booked).

I stayed in this lovely apartment for 3 weeks in October. The apartment has everything you need. It is in a great location with fantastic views. The hosts,Christine and Jeanne Pierre were fantastic and very welcomingThey even supplied water and a pack of beer upon arrival which went down a treat after the journey.The previous guests also kindly left other fare. I would highly recommend this apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would really like to return in the future.

Had a great holiday in this apartment. It’s location was perfect and thoroughly enjoyed the stroll to either the market or Las Americas. There’s a few good supermarkets near by and a lovely street with some nice mix of shops. The apartment itself was spotless and exactly as the pictures showed. I’d definitely go back to this apartment and would have no hesitation in recommending it to family and friends, in fact my brother wants the details for a wee week away next year! If we do go back to Tenerife I’d definitely check the availability on this apartment again when booking, loved it!
