Had a great stay at the hotel with my husband, daughter, and her partner with our 2 young grandchildren. We enjoyed the facilities in the hotel, especially the swimming pool and sauna, it was an added bonus. The rooms were large ,clean, and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, I would especially like to praise the concierge/porter who was on duty both days helping with our parking ,all our bags taken to our room and there were a few. Was very attentive and pleasant every time we saw him. The location was great for attractions, restaurants, and bars day an night. I would highly recommend a stay at the courthouse hotel.

the service was ridiculous, was told breakfast is served til 11am so came down to eat a buffet breakfast at 10:30 and was told breakfast is done and hotel doesn’t do room service and the bed was really bad, it rocked even by the movement of my two month old baby

room was lovely and big and reception staff couldn’t do enough for you

Unusual characterful building with nice decor and dark, quiet bedrooms. Staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, and this continued up until the moment we left.

Only negative was the parking, the directions for hotel car park were poor.

rooftop bar want open cinema only open on a Sunday shower in the pool we’re all very cold no hot water and no one there to book treatments at the spa even though they advertised all this.

cold showers, waste was blocked up so couldn’t have a shower for longer than 5 mins without water going over the edge, rude staff, too expensive
