Nice comfortable contemporary house. Ideal for multi generation family or sharing among three families of friends. Everything worked fine, house is a 10min walk to Inlet Beach and 15 min walk to Rosemary Beach tiene center. Brett was super helpful and communicated well. Had to tentar bikes and Beach gear but obter than that. House is part of a seven house complex that has a nice prívate pool. As we were the only ones there this week, we had the area all to ourselves. Thanks Brett.

Loved our stay in this new and well stocked home. We rented two identical units next to each other and it was perfect for our extended family. The owners were attentive to all our needs. The beach is a short walk away with several restaurants in the neighborhood. Would recommend to others!

The home felt so clean and well laid out. We appreciated having the extras: bike rack/outdoor shower/outdoor grill/cordless dyson vacuum (a must for the sand that somehow always gets inside!). The queen bunkbed room was perfect for kids. Easy 4-5 min walk to the beach and walkable to the shops and restaurants at Rosemary. We loved that this small community of houses has a pool to use as well. The owner, Brett, was great to work with. We were very happy with our stay!

Great house, great location, great property manager!

We booked this property over a year ago and were starting to get worried (and bummed out!) that COVID might alter our plans. After speaking to Brett, I felt comfortable that we would be able to go and still maintain safe. First of all, the house is beautiful and so spacious! Because of COVID, all of the cute design touches were removed, but everything else was still wonderful. My two elementary age sons really loved the arcade on the third floor. Second, this is one of the least crowded beaches on 30A! I feel like Inlet Beach is still a little undiscovered, which I loved. Every morning, we walked a few blocks to the beach and were able to set up our tent spaced out from others. The only thing I would note is that the pool is definitely on the smaller side. That said, it's only shared with 6 other houses. We rarely had to share the pool with anyone else, which was great! So even though it was small, it was more than adequate for our stay. If you are looking for a beautiful, calm stay, away from the main hustle of 30A, this house is perfect. And what's great is that, if you would like, you can quickly walk down the street and be in Rosemary in no time at all!

We had a wonderful experience staying at one of Brett’s properties. Place is meticulous, well-stocked and short walk to beach. We were a group of 4 adults and 6 teens and really enjoyed our experience. Brett is always around to ask a question or if you need something. Everything is new and is in great working order.

This home was beyond excellent in every way. It was just as beautiful, fresh, new, spacious, well-stocked as it appears in the pictures. We gathered our entire family from 3 states at this home, a total of 8 adults and 5 children. Bunk room was a blast, bathrooms are HUGE and 3 of them have double sinks. Closets could easily hold a sleeping baby. We cooked all our meals in the incredibly well stocked kitchen. We had everything and more than what we needed! The walk to the beach was a simple and enjoyable, low trafficked walk. Our 5 grandchildren even brought their bikes and since these homes are in a secured alcove, they spent lots of time riding around the area. Brett was easily accessible, full of dining option ideas and all around great host! We hope to return in the future. This home is worth much more than 5 stars!

It was a really nice place and a good place to stay for four families. The girls loved the bunk beds and the house was so clean and Brett, the owner, was super kind and would refer this place to anybody and the little town was amazing. We would love to go here again next time!!!

Our stay was great! The owner, Brett, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay nice. It's a very short walk to the beach and a very spacious, comfortable home. The arcade was a huge hit with all the kids too!

The house was in a great location of Inlet Beach. We could walk to coffee, restaurants, and shops. Walking distance to Rosemary (less than a mile). Area of the beach was not crowded this time of year. The owner of the property was timely in response to questions prior to our arrival. He was onsite and super friendly at check in. The only negative was the little bit of road noise from Hwy 98 and not knowing to bring extra toilet paper. Had a wonderful weekend getaway here!

A group of us were able to rent out 2 of Brett’s wonderful homes for a reunion! We made the best memories and hope to make this an annual trip!

Great location. Great house. Great value

The house and location was a PERFECT fit for our large family. The house itself is EXQUISITE, very spacious, beautifully decorated and plenty of space for everyone. The view is breathtaking and the location is perfect, situated a short walk from the beach and close to everything on 30A. We were so blessed to find this place and look forward to repeating this trip next year.

What a beautiful place. Gorgeous home, well laid out, amazing views and located so close to everything. Easy walk to the beach which we did everyday. Walk, bike or drive (if you must) easily to all the great spots. Located almost right behind Shades restaurant, so if you know the area, you are near all the good stuff. The Donut Hole and Shops on 30A are across the street. You can walk to Rosemary Beach. Just a great location. On top of all this, Brett and his wife are amazing hosts. They took such good care of us. We'll definitely be back and have already recommended his places to others. BTW, they have several homes side by side so great for large groups or business events. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

I'm so happy I chose to stay at Brett's place for New Years Eve weekend. It fit very comfortably me and 10 of my closest friends. The lay out was perfect, everyone had great private spaces and the communal areas allowed everyone to lounge around with space to spare. The kitchen was perfectly outfitted with incredible amenities and fully stocked with tools and dishes. The beds were huge and cozy and the bathrooms were large with beautiful glass showers. (There is one with a tub as well.) The outdoor kitchen was a wonderful spot to hang out and drink while I forced others to grill. :) And the top deck had a beautiful view of the ocean. (Which is a 8 minute walk at most.) Brett was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. He's labored over every detail and it shows. (He even personally called me when he had found my friend left behind his shaving kit.) Wonderful time. I will definitely be returning.

Brett knows what he's doing when it comes to hospitality - the home was pristine and wonderfully-appointed. 5 minute walk from the beach, easy drive to food and fun in the city. My friends and I had a perfect stay, and we would recommend it to anyone.
