Très mal insonorisé, on entend les voisins de chambre prendre leur douche ou aller aux toilettes

Les places de parking sont beaucoup trop étroites. Impossible de s'y garer.

Really bad small toilette due to problem drain. ROOM 104 but I suppose is not the only one with the problem. The hotel is very basic

The location was very good as was the parking facility. The main thing that let's it down is Lyon. We didn't find the people particularly nice, or feel particularly safe walking around.

breakfest was OK

1. For the description "large double bed" I understand 160-200 cm wide bed and we have got the bed 135 cm! I was not comfortabe - just to narrow for 2 people! 2. We requested parking reservation for our stay and got only the answer "Votre demande a été prise en compte." On the day of arrival it turned out there is no parking place for us. Disapointing.

Comfortable bed, great hot shower with plenty of pressure.

Could really use a coffee/tea offering in room. Should at least have had a hairdryer in room.

The bed and the staff were nice

The service that should normally be providen in an hotel lacked, the room was overly dry probably due lack of ventilation. It simply lacked comfort.

the rooms lack cleaning, especially the toilets. the sewage smells in toilets is very disturbing.

Door lock idea was good and it was the only thing.. all other subjects were bad enough...

Towels...there is nothing to drink in the room..automat machine prices were too high.. breakfast was poor and instead of it's cost would prefer to buy something from market...

shower and bed

I was beside a staff room that was used regularly and the doors for the rooms slammed shut when closed resulting me a stock when the room across or above came or went, similarly for the staff room

I really liked the cleanliness of this hotel, the comfort of the bed and the friendliness of the staff

There was a bad smell of cigarette smoke coming from the shower drain, in the toilet, only during the evening and at night...

The room was confortable only negative point no soap dispenser for sink and no hair dryer

its location is great very close to the metro station. Also it has its own car parking place (though it is not free)

WiFi connection. Its signal strength was weak and every time I connected I had to full the forms (name, email etc.) give agreement. Normally this should be done once when it is the first time.
