The game room was really nicely redone.

It has a beautiful location. Nice and quiet but we went the last week of September so it's the off season. I appreciate that they have quiet hours so you're not hearing people running about. The private beach access is easy to find. And the kitchen was nicely stocked with spices and cooking utensils.
All in all we will definitely be staying again.
The pool area was closed two out of the three nights we stayed. Main reason why I booked at this location was for the pool and hot tub.
Also we stayed in the Waterfall in Love room. Great room but unless you have a blow up mattress I wouldn't say it comfortably sleeps five people. The couch is a pullout sleeper sofa and the chair also lays flat for sleeping. Just be advised if you have more than 3 or 4 people that it may not be the best sleeping situation

I really liked the front desk lady. She was helpful and nice. And the cleanliness of the room. View was awesome. And room was cozy.
For the price I paid I was unhappy with the spring mattress on the bed. It hurt both our backs. The fact we had to find parking on the street because it was full. The tv remotes weren't working properly. The cable remote wouldn't turn on the tv. To many remotes needed. And no ac or fans. Fans there were two small to help. And the game room was boring.

Nice ocean view. but for $75 cleaning fee I should get unit with better cleaning job, I don't know how often floor get moped. there was enough dust on Otman that I could write my name on it. pull out beds are very uncomfortable, can't sleep in middle due to middle hard frame support, on of the bed is difficult to make it flat. on top of all of that I got curtesy call when I was on my way that unit won't be ready until 5PM

The view was nice. I like having a code to get in instead of a key. It was nice to have a full kitchen and two bathrooms.
That the neighbor above didn't heed the quiet time and let their little one run up and down the room clear into 11pm. If I stayed here again it would have to be the 3rd floor. Not sure how I would go about booking a specific floor on this site.

The game room was closed so we couldn’t play 🏓. I didn’t get the Chance to beat my granddaughter.

First of all Amanda from the front desk was great in helping solve door lock issues ect.
The carpeting was filthy. Over 40 stains from a red juice to whatever else. We found a dirty bloody looking sock behind a curtain. Sometimes i think ownerships are more concerned about bringing money in than they are about customer needs and comfort. We won't be staying there again. I have pictures of the carpeting but i don't know how to send them. Ownership needs to pay more attention. They have the employees who seem to care. Thanks mike.

The view was so spectacular, I love an ocean view, especially when it is only a couple minutes walk away. The room was more updated than shown in pictures, nice plus. The room had so much space and it felt like home. The pool was so nice and spacious with a nice hot tub.
Not having to walk to far to the beach made it easy to step out for a long Beach walk up and down the beach.
We did not want to leave, we will be back.
Game room was closed, but work looked like it was coming along good. Walls/ceiling seemed a bit thin, felt like every step was a stomp.

property was close to beach with a nice view
the parking wasn’t appropriate for the facility. there should be at least one spot per unit available and there isn’t which leads to families have to park AWAY from the facility and walk with young children to and from. I strongly dislike that. The bathroom shower also leaks bad.

we liked that it was close walking distance to the beach, the view, the salt water pool, and really liked the manager, Amanda.
housekeeping was short staffed and we weren’t allowed in until 5:20, the room had an unpleasant odor to it, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, no table to dine at or play cards at, hot tub closed first night, game room closed, pool and hot tub closed too early, no elevator (can’t remember if that was mentioned in listing) but we were assigned to the 3rd floor and it was a hike with our luggage.

I liked the privacy each room had. We had our own balcony that looked right out onto the beach and ocean.
I did not like that thier game room was out of order.

When you pay full price for a Condo to sleep 4 people and upon arrival there is a sign on the sofa hide-a-bed that says
Use sleeping mat located in the closet, that's pretty ridiculous!! Would not recommend this place to anyone! Booking.com you can do better than this!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

Unfortunately, the stairs were a hardship. The seal was broken on both the glass door and one panel.
