The people were nice. The location is great and the room had everything we needed. You have to pre-arrange the breakfast but it was a beautiful spread. So fresh and made me feel grounded as we have been travelling all over Northern Italy. It was the break we needed.

Very nice and clean, modern and comfortable appartment. Wonderful breakfast, every day the landlady prepared something special and local for the guests. We appreciated that very much.

No restaurant or supermarket in the close area

The owners disrespectfulty, the app was empty, there was no toaster, no vileda, no kitchen shampoo, nothing. For almost 200 e per day, very poor. The first day, we had NO heating. The owner lady said the need to repair it. The next day she put bread on our door. We thought this is a small gift form her, because of no working heating. But we were wrong. She want 12 e for the bread we didn’t order!!! The 3 day, she enter our app, without knocking the door or ringing the bell. We were all inside in underwear, just came from the ski. So disprespectfull. I am sorry, but we won’t recommend it to anyone.

The apartment was spacious, recently renovated and clean. The landlady was very kind and welcoming. There was also a large garden with a swing and a slide. It felt like staying home. Excellent location to reach various attractions around Brunico. We are a family with two children (3 and 7) and this was an excellent choice.

As a regular guest I really cannot complain about anything. There are reasons for which I will always be getting back. All the apartments are very comfy and clean. The recommendation is a must.
