Breakfast, pool, secure parking

Crap part of town. Yet three blocks away the French quarter and full of people. Very strange area.

No real security. Homeless drug addicts were allowed in and were riding up and down the elevator.

Alles ist sehr gepflegt, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein schön eingerichtetes, wirklich großes Zimmer. Das Bad ist auch ausreichend groß und mit tollen Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet. das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch, aber mit täglicher Abwechslung. Es gibt Bratkartoffeln, Ei oder Omlette, Waffeln usw. Die Lage des Hotels ist klasse. Man kann rundherum kostenlos parken und zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten auf der Bourbon Street, oder am Mississippi/ Streetcar Station. Gleich in der nächsten Straße gibt es Lokale und einen Grocery Store. Wer Hot Dogs mag, sollte unbedingt zu „DatsDog“ gehen.

Alles war toll.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Gratisparkplätze in den Seitenstrassen. Gutes Frühstück. Da es neu eröffnet wurde im 2024 ist noch alles relativ sauber.

The great hospitality, and the easiness of getting fresh towels, and the amazing breakfast complementary!!.. The staff greeted us every morning made us feel at home offered suggestions and what to do places to eat for my first time in New Orleans

I didn’t like that we had to leave after four days and couldn’t stay longer but that’s not your fault!!

The location was great for our needs this trip. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and would consider booking in the future, The free breakfast was good and they tried to change up the selection daily.

The front desk staff when we arrived was not the friendliest person and could use some customer service training!

There was no room service for 2 days

Sehr sauber, geräumige Zimmer, bequeme Betten.

Beim Empfang wollte man uns die bestätigten Zimmer mit Balkon zunächst nicht geben, da angeblich ausgebucht. Letztendlich waren die Zimmer dann so wie gebucht. Beim Check-out wurden dann unberechtigt 2 zweimal Upgrade Gebühren (190 USD) berechnet, die aber rückerstattet wurden.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was absolutely exceptional!!!

Everything was perfect!

The staff was so nice. They checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and that we had what we needed. They were very responsive to our needs. I appreciated there was an ample amount of storage and the fridge was very cold. The AC was nice & cold. Overall it was a great stay.

The pillows suck. They flatten out immediately.

Within walking distance of the bars/nightlife, super friendly and accommodating staff, extremely early check in that saved our lives

The location of this hotel to the French Quarter is perfect. You are not in the middle of it so you can have some quiet at night. Everything is within walking distance. The staff was super awesome they opened communication via text right away and answered whenever we texted them with questions or requests. The continental breakfast was convenient and made it so you could eat then go prepare for a day of exploring.

Nothing sticks out

We stayed one night after a cruise and we were very pleased with it as a whole. It was clean, updated, and the breakfast was excellent and clean as well. We will be back for sure.

Bfast and service was not good

Location was great! Enjoyed the balcony. The staff were very helpful regarding near by restaurant locations. It is nice having a microwave and a refrigerator. Ice machine nearby is a plus in my book!

Water pressure in shower not good. Pillows could have been better.

The property was in a great location with restaurants / shopping within 5-10 minutes walking distance. It was not nearly as busy as other places we have stayed before so we loved that. The hotel was very clean, a great staff, and the room was very comfortable.

The ONLY complaint that we had during our stay was the water pressure during showers. Our water pressure was very low during our stay and would almost completely cut off during the middle of a shower. This happened 2-3 times throughout a 5 minute shower. We stayed on the top floor and there was multiple construction sites next door so that could have had something to do with the water pressure, but it was unfortunate to have that little water pressure at such a nice place.

Everything was great. Desk agents were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time.

Breakfast was good! The location was good and close to everything.

Upon checking inn there was no one at the counter for a few minutes. When she returned she was looking for something in the office and took a few minutes to get to me. Then I was told I would have to pay $40 for parking... I must have missed that while booking this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. We couldn’t fault anything - excellent staff, immaculately clean, great choices for breakfast that was provided, great location - close Frenchman Street with plenty of jazz bars. The free washing machine and dryer were an extra bonus for us. Don’t be put off by any comments about homeless people because you will see them regardless of where you stay in or around the French Quarter. We found them to harmless. So thankful we cancelled a booking on Canal Street and went with this option. Thanks for a wonderful stay Hampton Inn .

Everything meet our standards.

The staff is so nice and helpful. I loved the Valet parking. Ms. Andrea at the v front desk was fantastic. I was lost and called her and she talked me to the hotel. She came out front and made sure I found it. Daniel, the valet, unloaded my car and helped me to my room. I felt very safe. I will stay here again.

The breakfast was great ,they have a variety of things , I love the waffles & potatoes ,eggs it was perfect.
