Everything is new, clean and user friendly. Very nice and hospitable hosts.

The Internet could be improved.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und wir bekamen sogar eine gute Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung. Alles war sehr unkompliziert und jeden Tag wurde gereinigt. Die Lage war gut, Gegenüber gleich ein Supermarkt und nebenan gute Lokale und sehr freundliche Einwohner. Mehrere tolle Strände in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar und die Stadt in 2 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt.

Leider war der Kühlschrank sehr laut und man konnte ohne Ohropax nicht schlafen. Ebenso gab es nur einen Vorhang für die Terassentür und die restlichen Fenster hatten nur Milchglas, sodass man mit Tagesanbruch wach wird (Schlafmaske für alle die empfindlich sind).

Juliette suites were just what me and my partner wanted. Perfect location and very clean ! Over looking the mountains perfect.. lovely to be greeted every day by friendly cats and a-beautiful Dog ..definitely we will be back in the future we felt very sad to leave! Thanks for a enjoyable week😊❤️

The Julietta Suites are situated in a great location; in the centre of Lassi. The beaches are a 5-10 minute walk and there are heaps of restaurants either side. Argostoli is about a 30 minute walk - fine in the evening, but it's a good idea to make this journey via car during the day due to the heat! The apartments themselves are lovely. Clean, fresh and spacious. We travelled with a group and each of our rooms were of a similar vibe. Small kitchenette with a little fridge and hob. Our rooms had either outside areas or balconies. The rooms were tidied by staff daily and on arrival there was water in the fridge! The staff were really friendly too. The man who handed us the keys on arrival gave our group 15% off our bill at his restaurant next door (great food!). They also kindly let us leave our luggage at the suites after we'd checked out as we had a late evening flight. This place is really good value for money if you're looking for a quiet, central place in Lassi.

Only thing would be replenishing the toilet rolls in the rooms as we ran out a few times.

Its located close to the beach and all the nice restaurants. Every day it was cleaned, and it was very comfortable.

The room was clean and modern.

There was no signage upon arrival so its not clear where the property is. This was not communicated to us so had to call and have property manager meet us on road. We had the "suite" at the top floor which was an attic style room. AC does not keep up with heat in room and even with AC on max room temperature remained between 28-30C. No attempt by Alex the property manager to help or show us AC controls. All he said was once AC is turned on room will cool down. Room was sweltering upon arrival as all doors and windows were opened which we found odd. Second night room smelled liked backed up sewer. NO attempt from Alex to come and offer solution (doors and windows are on sensor so if opened,, AC automatically turns off). We were concerned for methane as smell was that bad. Noticed a plate in the bathroom over open drain. Confident sewage smell was an ongoing issue thus the plate in bathroom and open windows and doors upon arrival. After asking for another room, I was told no rooms are available but nothing in terms of apologies or acknowledgement of inconvenience which really makes me question the high ratings for this property. My husband and I had very little sleep due to these issues which negatively impacted our stay on the island. Oh and was told after checking out that "they" told us there was sewage issues in area which is "probably" the reason for our inconvenience. Zero customer service. Do not recommend.

Size, location and cleanliness of the room was great. Check in was easy and great parking. Staff were very nice also.

The bed was very firm.
