Situated less than five minutes' walk from Mumbles seafront, this renovated fisherman's cottage is a charming address in a particularly picturesque corner of south Wales. Aside from the exposed brickwork around the living room's fireplace, contemporary design is king here, with smart parquet flooring, chic furnishings and sparing use of colour all making for a space that's pleasing to the eye. The surfboard hanging on the dining room wall is a nice nod to the local area, while the views of Oystermouth Castle and Swansea Bay from the top-floor bedroom are rather special, too.
