El loft Bacalar es amplio, tiene todo lo que necesitas. Una cocineta muy equipada, y como si fuera un apartamento de un ambiente, un cuarto integrado. La cama muy cómoda, el lugar espacioso, y el personal muy muy amable y servicial. El cuarto no tiene vista hacia el exterior. Solo ventanas altas, pero como estábamos en la habitación solo en las mañanas y a la noche, realmente no fue problema. Este cuarto en particular es muy muy tranquilo, y dormimos muy a gusto. Relación precio calidad muy buena. El baño es cómodo, con agua caliente a buena presión (se requiere abrir la fría para regular). La limpieza del cuarto se hace cada dos días, o al menos asi nos toco a nosotros. Asimismo, el Hotel esta sobre la Costera (Malecón) frente al mar, que es la zona mas linda de Chetumal. Cerca hay muchos lugares para cenar, y además ofrecen bicicletas para pasear, sin costo adicional

Es un cuarto con poca luz natural, pero si uno no planea quedarse allí todo el día, no hay mucho problema.

Everything about this place was amazing. We only stayed 1 night before getting the ferry to Caye Caulker but could’ve easily stayed longer!

Todo nos encantó; habitaciones preciosas, camas mega cómodas y limpias, la atención EXCELENTE, desde la del dueño como las de las encargadas (Mirna y Juanita) con una vocación de servicio que hace mucho tiempo no teniamos, nos fascinó .

Quizás como única sugerencia es que en la habitación Faisán no había puerta en la regadera y todo se encharcaba después de cada ducha

La atención del personal fue lo mejor de nuestra estancia, nos recomendaron lugares para comer y la habitación tiene una vista inmejorable. Nos quedamos en Loft Pescador y contamos con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Sin duda regresaremos.

We stay at ALAS often because our doctors are in Chetumal so this night we stayed in a different room. We really liked the bathroom in this room and the kitchen. Plenty of space and appliances.

The hotel is located right on the waterfront. The staff were amazing and showed me around the room, pool, and other facilities. The room was large with a great range of amenities in the kitchen and bathroom, overal an amazing experience.

Beautiful room and excellent location super close to the ferry terminal for Belize. We only stayed one night but wished we had longer. Chetumal was small but fun and ALA was a really gorgeous space, great bathroom, hot water, comfy bed, coffee making facilities...

We forgot to ask for the WiFi code and it wasn't written anywhere in the room when we got in late. So just a reminder to ask!

Los cuartos son muy grandes y comodisimos, está céntrico y tiene una vista espectacular, el personal es muy amable, sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí

Todo es increíble

I love having a kitchenette so we don't have to eat out every meal. The view is beautiful and the location is close to everything we need. And, the bed was a king, not a queen as expected, so even better.

The bathroom lighting is dim and the bathroom faucets in the room we stayed this visit need to be cleaned so the water flows better.

The master suite was great! Was a good experience.

The pool wasn’t working. 🙁 The check out time was weird because we checked in 3pm then had to rush out early.

Small boutique hotel right on the Malecon. They upgraded us to a lovely loft suite, which had plenty of space, high ceilings, a full kitchen and seating area. There was a great rooftop area with a dipping pool and incredible views of the waterfront. The staff are friendly and attentive.

While the mattress was comfortable, the bedding wasn't great - there was no bottom sheet and the pillowcases were crunchy. There was an also an unattached headboard sitting on a lledge behind which makes a lot of movement and noise.
