The staff is very friendly and work hard to please the customer, but the property needs upgrading if they want to have so many stars.

"We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a wonderful experience. The facilities were beautiful and clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. However, we were disappointed by an incident involving Mrs. Gabriela. We have a disabled son, and my husband informed her that he was going to work and that my son and I couldn't go to the restaurant for breakfast. As a result, he took five pieces of fruit from the buffet. Mrs. Gabriela charged us for two breakfasts to our room for taking the fruit. When we spoke to someone at the reception, they informed us that we could have ordered our breakfast through room service. The next day, we did just that, but we found Mrs. Gabriela's response lacking in empathy. Despite this incident, everything else about our stay was excellent!" Unfortunately the room we got didn't have a mini fridge nor an ice bucket. Also, the ice machine was on but not producing ice.

Comfortable bed, nice place to stay

Very bad smell in hallways, in room and specially the bathroom. That also called us at 3am just to know if when our reservation ended! This is unacceptable.

I booked through Expedia. The reservation proceeded without any problem on their platform. I printed the itinerary and also received a confirmation SMS. However, when I showed up at the hotel reception, they did not want to honor my reservation. This created a big problem for me, because I was forced to look for another hotel with availability under a heavy rain. I booked through Expedia because I needed immediate accommodation, since a family member died and I immediately moved to Querétaro to attend to the emergency; After 5 hours of travel I received the unpleasant surprise of not having accommodation. I made the reservation at approximately 4:00 p.m. and I showed up at the hotel at 9:00 p.m. Honestly, both Expedia and the hotel simply distanced themselves from the problem, it's a shame. Due to this situation I did not become a client of that hotel and I hope to never book again in IGH hotels in my life, their interest in their clients is zero.

Staff not very helpful full

Room with a balcony, overlooking the gardens, was awesome. Unfortunately I had to check in behind a group of noisy, not paying attention, chinese. Only 2 staff behind desk, both looking after the group. 30 minutes to check in....

Well maintained colonial style architecture and construction materials. Clean rooms, bar, restaurant, pool and well maintained garden / fountain at rear. Gym and business center too.

Muy bonitas las instalaciones, el único detalle fue que habia muy pocos meseros durante el desayuno y el servicio era lento, pero la atención fue muy agradable. La habitación muy comoda y sileciosa, invitaban al descanso.

A very pleasant stay friendly staff and good services

The hotel was ok but the personnel was unfriendly, they power washed the walkway outside my room at 6am, and the food was mediocre and expensive.

Our stay was comfortable thanks to the cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel it claims to be downtown area but it’s not personal at the hotel is for the most part very rude and the restaurant personal will keep ignoring you as long as they’re busy and will not even notice that you’re waiting however if you get lucky and get noticed they’ll get you a table and make you wait for a long period of time to the point where me and my wife had to get up and just go someplace else….good luck!!!!

Amazing hotel well centered accesible from several streets and 50mts from the highway to go to all locations the only poor thing is nothing really reachable like a restaurant or store in a walk but you can always do a 5/10min drive to get to one. All staff and the hotel really into the clean program it was amazing and makes you fell safe in This pandemic

Relajante, cómodo, limpio. Todo el personal del hotel muy amable. El desayuno buffet excelente. En mi habitación pude trabajar a gusto porque había un escritorio y la señal WiFi excelente por todo el hotel. Volveré otra vez.
