breakfast room was bad a lot of not in service or out of it

It was okay for the one night. The room could have been cleaner. The beds were clean but there was a green liquid or gel under the sink, and what looked like BM on the trash can. The room was a nice size and the beds were comfy. The water took a long time to get warm. When I walked into the hotel immediately it smelled like smoke but our room did not. They are doing some renovations so there are tiles missing in the lobby and supplies laying all over the place. Breakfast was nothing special but it was edible. It was way further from downtown then they advertised. Check-in was quick and easy. Way to expensive for what it was.

The bare minimum was done when it came to cleaning. The sheets looked clean. But the rest of the room was questionable. The bathtub definitely had mold on the caulk. There was a smushed bug of some kind on the wall. The microwave had food in it.

Entering the room after checking in: Black smeared material on right side of white microwave. Sticky material on desk work surface, and splattered sticky material on back of entry door. Sticky droplet on mirror. Dust like material on top surface of bedside table, so obviously no attempt had been made to wipe this surface. Black, tar looking substance on front of vanity and on multiple other surfaces. Lesser amount of black substance on left side of sheets facing the bed. I got the icks, and immediately left the room and refused to stay.

I never stayed at the hotel and because I could not reach a front desk member to cancel the reservation they charged my card without my consent when I was supposed to pay at the property. They used my saved card and charged full price without calling or acknowledging why I couldn't fulfill the reservation.

The place overall was great, but some minor repairs need to be done. The staff were great and hard working individuals. I'll be back.

I was so grateful that everything went well. Checking in and out was quick, and staff was polite. The room was very neat and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Convenient to the 71st Street exit from Interstate 465, this hotel can meet your needs for a quick stay. While the carpet in our room needs to be cleaned, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

There was bugs on the bed and the room smelt horrible the front desk attendant did nothing to accommodate us!! Never again will I go there worst experience in my life!!!

3 lamps had no lamps and didn’t work. The chair and table both felt like they were going to break. The Do Not Disturb placard couldn’t be used

We had the most horrible check-in experience . We had to change three rooms to get to a clean one. I recommend to check the beds before you settle in the room. Very unprofessional customer service from front desk.

My stay here was ok.. I really have to complain about the house keeping for my room I was there for 5 days I didn’t get service for my room even when I went to ask it would always have to be the next day, they would never take care of the issues immediately. Housekeeping should always check to see if services are needed and if not we could tell them otherwise. No one spoke English so therefor that made it even harder for our needs to be met

When we check in the clerk was less than friendly. The first room we checked in smelled of sour milk. My guess someone had an accident in it and instead of cleaning it properly they must have just sprayed the room with something. When I went back to the desk to get another room, the clerk did not even apologize for the bad room. The second room had a AC unit that would not turn off even though we put it in the off mode.

The room was clean and comfortable. It would be nice to upgrade the breakfast options a little, it's always the same old eggs and sausage, no donuts available.

Lots of wear and tear on the room: towel rack fell off when I touched it, shower curtain rod was so crooked that it couldn’t be closed and cleaning in the bathroom was not great. Noise and somebody smoking weed nearby made this stay one of the worst I’ve had in a while.

The hotel looks very dated for the price. I asked front desk for extra bedsheet and they didn’t have service to bring. I had to go get it.

Staff at the front desk isn’t friendly. No mention of pool hours, check out time, or breakfast hours. The pool is small and only has ladders to get in and out which makes it difficult for older people and those with physical limitations to use the pool. I found a dirty sock on the bathroom floor when we first got to our room. Not sure how housekeeping missed that. The drawer for the nightstand had garbage in it. Blanket on the bed had a hole. The temperature control for the shower would only turn halfway and stopped at lukewarm, so that made for uncomfortable showers. The whole building needs some TLC. The only pluses were that the hotel is right near the interstate and the bed was comfortable. I would not stay there again.

Some of the furniture in the room was falling apart and hit me in the head and I have a mark from it. It was a minor hit so no need for follow up. The breakfast was the most disappointing.

The television didn’t work front desk manager couldn’t make it work or did she try to accommodate us. We were put in a room under some sort of housekeeping area. Had to call front desk to ask them to quite down it was 7am. Had to cancel second day stay due to family emergency called the hotel and cancelled but now I’m not able to get my refund! This has been the worst experience ever dealing with any hotel.

Our stay was just ok. I felt safe and the property was just a regular plain old hotel. It was a good value for what we paid. Pool was open and people were swimming in it. Tad chilly for me. Breakfast was eggs and sausage and waffles but the floor was so sticky I could barely walk across the room. The floor in our hotel room was sticky too that I didn’t even want to walk in my socks . Workers were pleasant and got the job done .

Our room had black mold very unacceptable especially when i paid for 2 rooms for 2 nights. Other than that the staff was nice and the second room did not have the same issue so need to clean hvac and areas around disinfect kill mold yuck

The hotel is nice on the outside , the front office gentleman was not very personable at all just look at my id and pushed me along my way of course I booked my room 3 rd party my room was not bad but the heat was not working at night it was very loud parties all night hallways the works check out was easy

Shower had no curtain. Water pressure from shower head had a restricter in it. Room a/c fan was a bit loud and fan speed could not be changed.
