It wasn’t great. The people in the lobby were something out of a movie. The staff had two dogs running around. The smoking shack out back next to our window wasn’t quiet until 2am. The fire alarm was going off until midnight.

The room was clean but not immaculate. There was wear/tear. Staff was kind.

The room smelled from kitchen in room. The bathroom sink was almost totally clogged. Room next to us had dogs barking 11pm &4am.

The room was disgusting! Hairs in the shower, the towels had something red on them. I will NEVER stay there again. The carpets were disgusting, the rooms smelled like smoke, the entire place was nasty.

What a nightmare! If the bathroom had been any smaller - an individual couldn’t want to sit in there - for any length of time. The beds were LUMPY. The microwave was so high that it made me feel like a small person. The list of “oh yuck” could easily go on and on. I will never go back to that particular ESA.

Upon entering the lobby, it reeked of weed. The individual at the front desk was nice and she was very apologetic for the following: we booked 2 rooms, the first room was ok, but smelly and dirty towels, the second room was filthy and there was someone's clothes still in the drawers and makeup in the bathroom sink. We were given another room, that reeked of weed and there were hairs on the dirty sheets and bracelets in the shower. We were given yet another room, which was a little better but for the price we paid, it was not worth it...the next morning at check out, we let the "gentleman" at the front desk know of our experience and he got ANGRY! What a joke! He must be in charge of housekeeping or is the housekeeper! HORRIBLE experience! Never again will we stay at this "hotel" or any other Extended Stay.

The shower wasn’t clean it had black hair stuck to the wall on all 3 sides, there was hair on the floor, and for a non smoking room it smelled of cigarettes

The property is old and needs a lot of updating smelled like mold and smoke I was worried that I would probably have bed bugs

The room had not been cleaned really well. There was a beard trimming device on the carpet by the kitchen from the last guest, so I don't think any vacuuming had been done. The refrigerator had spills in it so it had not been cleaned. There were dead bees on the window sill by the drapes. The curtains had a few rips/holes in them.
On checked out no one was at the front desk. I guess they were "on break". We waited almost 20 minutes to check out before someone showed up. The cleaning staff had to find someone for us.

This is the third extended stay I have used in this area alone, this is much better than the other two, to be frank they sucked. This one was clean, the staff had their act together, we actually had a room and everything worked.

The up front people weren’t very helpful. They were nice but only for second. They seemed very busy with other matters.

While staying at your property my daughter found small ant(s) in her bed. We didn’t say anything to your staff, because we didn't want to be a nuisance to anyone/anybody. We sprayed the bed with bug repellant (spray). We switched beds & just went to sleep. I slept in what was her bed & she slept in mine.

Fairly good value for money. Located in a decent area thats well connected to the nearby towns. The amenities are decent. Some things are in need of repair, but nothing terrible. Check in/out was smooth and easy. The staff seem very nice.

I had called in advance letting them know I will check in around 1 in the morning to make sure someone will be there for check in and I was told they were. when I arrived I was told check in was at 3pm earlier that day and I was not able to check in and had to find somewhere else. Very upsetting.

The room was disgustingly filthy. There were food and grease spots all over the carpeting. The desk chair was spattered with something that was thrown on it so we couldn’t sit on it. The elevator was filthy. The hallway had lots of garbage up against the floor boards that was there the first day we arrived and still there two weeks later when we left. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Came to check in and was told my room wouldnt be ready until a half hour to hour after their posted check in time. When i did check in i was given a room with a king bed. That would have been nice but i booked a room with two beds for a reason. Went to the front desk and they apologized and said they were sold out so they couldn't move me. Then i tried to work through it and use the sofa bed. When i pulled it out it was full of crumbs and pieces of food. The property was dated. I was not impressed.

This was exactly what I needed when I needed it. A diamond in the rough but a diamond none the less. It’s more the staff that makes this hotel sparkle than anything else. From the smiles to the polite nods to my obvious made up reason for being there (think ‘till Tuesdays big hit) and you’ll soon feel relieved that this is where you’re at. I mean I was kind of having a really chaotic and tragic day when I checked in and these folks really made me feel like no matter what my situation I was welcome there and it made a world of difference to me

Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Heater/cooler in the room was extremely noisy, as was the refrigerator. The person in the room above mine was up moving around off and on all night and their floor was very squeaky and sounded as if they were going to come through my ceiling at any moment. For the price of the room, I expected everything to work properly and for the room to be quiet.
