The layout wasn’t ideal for little kids but it was made up for with lots of toys, books, and a great bunk room. This location is our fave: right on the grass lawn and central to both pools and all the play parks. This was by far the best stocked kitchen of any rental ever! Outdoor dining was amazing and the heaters came in handy. Our only complaint was that the baby monitors, high chair, and pack and play were all missing. I’d also recommend bringing your own suction blackout curtains.

Would recommend and definitely go back. Had a family reunion and everyone was pleasantly surprised with how nice the property was. Wish we stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities (aka hot tub)! Note for electric car owners - they have a nema 14-50 outlet in the garage to charge your car. It was super helpful to have.

Further, it had literally everything we needed from gear for young kids to the kitchen. The bedrooms were very comfortable and uncluttered and the garage gym and game room was great. We really enjoyed using the peloton tread and bike. Overall, the house felt like our own home and we were super pleased with everything. The Lookout was a great place with lots to do and great for kids. Very safe, secure, well maintained and the ability to walk to town was an added plus. Only downside is that the houses are extremely close together which makes for a great community but feels crowded when looking out your windows right into the neighbors place (and especially considering how much open space there is in the area). When we return, we will definitely come back to the Lookout and we’d very likely choose the same house again!

The owners have it equipped with plenty of child items you will need for traveling...making it so much easier. The kids loved meeting new friends in the big front grass area. Added bonus for parents is the Peloton set-up in the basement. Will be back!
