We returned to Shannon’s property again in the winter of 2023 because it is a very comfortable place to be in Yuma. The house is clean and well supplied with all you need to feel at home. It is in great location to get anywhere else. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Shannon is an excellent host and always does her best to accommodate your requests. We have reserved with her for January 2024 and hope we can once again enjoy this home away from our home. I give this a very high rating.

This was by far the best-equipped vrbo we have stayed in. Directions, access, and check-in were super easy. The surprise was how nicely stocked up the kitchen was with snacks and coffee. The house was super clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, easy to get into town. Auto sprinklers took care of the back yard. Nice back porch. By far the best place we have stayed in while in Yuma. Thanks!

The home was perfect for our family stay. Very clean and comfortable! Toddler enjoyed backyard very much. Host graciously provided snacks and great toiletries. Would definitely rent again.

Excellent location excellent home. Kitchen equiped with everything and more for cooking baking slicing dicing mixing and all the machines....spices .soaps bathing and shampooing needs paper products and the list goes on..oh and the choices of tv viewing were mind blowing to people that are used to direct tv...
Highly recommend a stay here we stayed a month and loved it...no need to call the host as there were no problems..also brought a 90 lb.choc. lab 1.5 yr.old dog he liked it also...

A note of how to start the shower and towel racks or hooks. More glasses in the kitchen and plates large enough for a steak dinner. Very comfortable house and neighborhood and great yard for our dog.

Shannon was a great Host. She was very accommodating to all of our needs. The home was perfect very comfortable couches and beds and she also had snacks and champagne for us. I would stay again the next time I am in town.

We had a marvellous stay in this home. It was so comfortable from the beds and pillows to the towels and furniture. Our 5 week stay was great. We enjoyed the movies on Netflix and freebie as well as reading in the large back yard. The bbq cooked things perfectly every time. Our host responded very quickly when we had a few minor problems
The kitchen was well equipped. If anything Could be improved it is lighter dishes and glasses. We found the ones there a bit heavy. That is minor. I highly recommend this. Can’t say enough good things about it. We are hoping to return next year for a longer stay. Clean comfortable well located home.

This property was way above expectations. Karen went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and felt like home. Karen’s communication was excellent and proactive, which is especially impressive because it was around the Thanksgiving Holiday. If I could give her a 10 star rating, I would. Being that I have family in Yuma, I will look to book this property every time I go visit. Thank you, Karen!

The place was perfect for our needs. Clean, had everything. Only complaint was main TV volume would go in and out (mostly off) so couldn't use, also the back bedroom tv did not work. I did try to text the owner to figure it out but we never heard back. Would definitely stay at again for cleanliness, but the communication could be better. Also beds were not the comfiest but I have had worse, linens were Clean, and thats the main thing! Also they had a book with tons of information about the area that was a nice bonus! Thank you for making our trip easy!
