This is our four time renting this house and it is always perfect and relaxing place. Place is always clean, house have the necessary and extra for what you will need. Location is perfect just minutes driving to stores and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Peninsula Dream is the most comfortable vacation home my family has experienced in over 20 years. We particularly enjoyed the many outdoor seating areas, dock, and access to the water. If you are looking for the perfect spot for peace and relaxation, you could not find a better place. The occasional deer wandering through and nightly visits from a heron to the dock added to our enjoyment.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this relaxing SML home in a location with stunning views, convenient to both cove, marina and channel on the water, and within short drives to restaurants/cafes/shopping. The new dock is exceptional for swimming, boating, or just lounging. Two kayaks are available for use. I would definitely return here with a party of six or less.

This house had it all. It was clean, kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. There was enough stuff to get you started (dish soap, pods, trash bags, TP, paper towel, etc). The house is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Outside areas had plenty of seating and the dock was new and wonderful. Shower water pressure was great, beds were comfortable. We only used the main floor but the lower level was spacious and comfortable too. Kitchen appliances were older but still function well. Mornings on the deck/dock are breathtaking! Kayaks were available as well which was great for the inlet the house is on. Neighborhood was quiet and private. My one con was the check in/out times. 4pm is pretty late and the house had no option for early check in. Check out is 10am which is pretty early and also no option for a later time. Plus if the option was there you are charged for it. I don’t know if this is a house rule or management but a little flexibility would have been nice as no one was at the house 2hours prior to check in.

Great views and location on the lake. Close to Marina and local boat rental locations. Minutes from activities. Daily visits from local deers and quiet neighborhood.

A beautiful location. Beautiful house with comfy beds and amazing dock. We will definitely be back.

Our family (6) spent Thanksgiving at SML. The house was nice and the views were beautiful! Deer were constantly roaming the yard. The large deck and dock had great seating. Wish we had better temps to enjoy sitting outside more but plenty of windows to enjoy the views indoors too. We spent a lot of time watching football in the living room. Despite being a home for 6, this room didn’t fit us well. Even with squeezing in another chair, we were tight. But if you are visiting in the summer your time will be spent outside! The home had plenty of bedrooms for our family, but kids said the downstairs beds were uncomfortable. The one thing that would keep me from renting this home again is the property management company. Upon arrival the house was cold and we had trouble finding the thermostat. It took two hours and repeated follow-up to get someone to tell us that the thermostat is locked and guests can’t change it. When I said it was too cold and that’s not acceptable, they asked what the temperature was set at. Seriously?!? Eventually I received a call from the local team who quickly explained where it was hiding. It all worked out but was a very frustrating start to our trip. Also, they only provided 2 dishwasher detergent packets for a four night stay. We’ve rented many homes and never had to purchase dishwasher detergent. Please provide enough for your guest’s visit. I know this is long, but I rely heavily on reviews when booking and this is all info I would want to know.
