We had a wondeful time. The house was clean, had all of the ammenities we needed, and was a good fit for us. Only problem we had was the water lights would not stay on but other than that everything was great. We needed a stopper for the bathtub because we had a 1 year old with us and they brought it to is promptly! We would stay here again

We have our own boat and came to fish.
Parking was great for trailer, fish cleaning station and plenty room to tie up boat. Outdoor space was super ! Shade or Sun you had your choice. Nice restaurant at end of the street was great ! House was nice and clean. We never could get ice maker to work though. Only other negative which to some may not be a big deal but would have been nice to have updated shower head and drain at least . The bathtub has been re painted a few times and drain rusty looking. But overall a nice place !

Great house on canal with easy access to fishing

Three of us buddies went down to fish and this place was perfect with the areas we fish as in Red Fish Bay, California hole and Hog Island. My two buddies are keeping this in mind for future fishing trips. The place was very clean with easy check in and check out.
Would stay there again.

For 4 older men (65-70) who have fished together for many years this house on a canal was perfect. Convenient to the bay, clean, a lot of shaded porches, nice breeze. We would rent again in the future.
Some suggestion.
-have some type of towel racks or hooks for hanging towel,
caps, wind breakers, etc.
-supply some garbage bags
-supply a few cheap hangers

Everything was great - the upstairs had cute decorations, most of the home has been updated, the outdoors was dreamy and the location outstanding. The reservation process was very easy, the instructions were very clear, the house was spotless, and I loved the online portal with all the information I needed during my stay. Great job!

I only provided these negative comments so you could improve a bit. I would like to stay in this same house again but expect to see some improvements by next time. I will be a disappointed if next time I stay in this house, I see same issues.

Love the house set up, gas station right across the street at the top of the subdivision, HEB in Aransas Pass was only 5 minutes away Great job!!! All of your homes are in great condition, but the main reason is the customer service

Tejas Tides is a lovely property and is in a perfect location for fishing in Estes Flats. My only complaint was not being notified that the water issue had been lifted so we could have cleaned up.

We had a relaxing time and enjoyed the property. The top deck was perfect for an evening to look at the canal and the stars. This property had a great breezeway that was perfect for my husband to set up his fishing gear. City By the Sea is a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors! We have always had a great experience in booking and all through our renting experience.

My family and I rented this property for the week of Thanksgiving. We had a great time and was even able to smoke the turkey on the offset smoker. Overall the property was clean and comfortable.

My wife and I got away from the kids for an extended weekend trip. The home - Tejas Tides - was perfectly clean and fit us perfectly. Plus, it was right down the road from the fishing guide we booked, as well as restaurants, etc.

Very nice Canal Home. We docked our boat in the canal and had great offshore and bay fishing within minutes of this place. Beds were comfortable. AC worked great. Great Trout and red fishing under the dock lights every night. Paradise Key marina and Restaurant was very close and was a treat. Breeze outside decks and pavilion under the house. Had a great time. Plan on renting this one again.

This is a very clean and well-maintained property in a neighborhood with a canal behind it. My boys thought it was pretty neat to have the water right there. We were equally situated between Rockport and Aransas Pass and all essentials were easily accessible. We aren't a huge fishing family but enjoyed the stay nonetheless. I can see how others who haul in a catch would be able to use the house to their needs even more that we were able to as they had an outdoor sink and place to grill.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this well decorated cottage on the canal. We did have an issue when we arrived, with the AC not cooling enough but the problem was resolved quickly, after contacting the management. I especially enjoyed being on the canal and kayaked with my daughter out into Estes Bay, from the pier on the property. My son in law and daughter and grandson enjoyed fishing at night when the night light was lit up. All in all I highly recommend this rental for a stay in Aransas Pass!

This location worked perfectly for the fishing trip I had arranged. Looking for reasons to go back.

My family and I had a great time at the property. We only had one issue with a window A/C unit that began to leak. We spoke with the property manager and got it straightened out. Overall it was a good experience
