Very good location and staff is very courteous and willing to help. I will definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay

Basic, room, but decent connectivity, ts hot water and decent pressure. Breakfast was varied and fresh. Its 100m from quayside, with plenty restaurant options.

Friendly professional staff, always received a warm welcome leaving and on return, the room was very comfortable and clean. A great hotel in a great location, within walking distance to my family and friends whom I was visiting.

Picked this place randomly as we were On Our way towards Nice. But we got lucky. Very nice rooms, good breakfast. Would have stayed longer but had to go. Estrel forest is beautiful.

Dissabilingly bad beds left me with a backache every day. Room had a terrible smell of sewers. Never again

The reason for my trip was to attend my niece’s wedding. The location of the hotel was excellent and the facilities, although basic were adequate. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn’t use the kitchen area but it seemed fine if I had needed to cook a meal. The receptionist was welcoming on arrival and spoke good English. She was helpful in answering some questions I put to her. My only criticisms where firstly I didn’t know that it was necessary to book car parking well ahead of my arrival. Secondly, I left my phone charger in the room when checking out. I returned some hours later when the room had been cleaned but the charger could not be located. It seems the hotel doesn’t have any lost property and the receptionist wasn’t interested now that I had checked out.

This was a very basic little hotel, but is in a great location near the port. The rooms are very basic indeed & the shower was so strong it nearly took your skin off, but at 38c during our stay, the A/C was a life saver!

I didnt stay. It was hard to get to. Had no easy access and no easy parking. I stayed elsewhere

No maid service. Same towels all week and bed not made. Probably won't book again.

Yes, it is here, but It lacks charm. + you have to pay for everything... towels, cleaning, new cheets etc. The fridge was not defrosted... but it was here, a nice balcony, quiet, large room with a kitchen... I am half and half on this one. Would not say not to go but I would try something else next time. Now, if you need a little kitchen as you are going to cook yourself then yes it is a plus and would recommand. (Also wifi is reaaaalllyyyy bad.... and yes when you want to fall asleep at night in front of a movie it matters). (Had to use my data). (Still a professionnal, clean and well managed hotel). 5/10.

Don't be fooled by the pictures shown on the website.. my bathroom was so disgusting that I took a shower on my socks..the hotel closes its front desk at 9pm, something that I wasn't advised and I was so lucky or not that I got there 5 minutes before, otherwise I would've slept on the streets..I asked to change my room and the girl at the front desk said that they were full which I doubted .. I guess since it was 9pm she didn't want to work an extra few minutes to change my room.. and I paid 90 plus euro a night...overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very good location. Good room with small balcony. 100 meters to the nice harbor with all the restaurants.

As a customer, I found their concept of pay-per-use inconvenient. I would rather have gladly paid a little more and not have to worry about replacing bed sheet and towels, or cleaning the kitchen/apartment (the package by default does not include many services and one has to order and pay for these services) . During 8 nights of stay, our sheets and towels were only replaced once by the hotel. I had the option to order and pay extra for more frequent replacement of towels and sheets, or to do the laundry myself. In addition, I had to pay 1 Euro per day for ironing and a similar amount for access to Wifi from my room. Also, I would have appreciated 'free' breakfast with just the basics (juice, coffee, bread or cereals) - this would not cost Appart'City more than 5 Euros per customer. At the moment, breakfast is not included in the room fees. So, in short, it's all these little inconveniences that would make me think twice before I recommend anyone to the hotel. Management could easily improve these things. Mattress was also uncomfortable.

Basic amenities all worked but some not in good condition. Excellent location and practical room with small kitchen.

Tile floor, very basic, no maid service unless you pay an additional 18 Euros, 7 or 8 Euros if you just want fresh sheets that you change yourself. Paid thru Expedia, but had to pay additional city tax on checking out.

I have stayed in this apartment hotel before about 3 years ago and found the beds the most uncomfortable I have every slept on, it's like sleeping in a board and the sofa in the same . Unfortunately I had no alternative but to book on again as the best western was full as was the IBIS what is significantly better in quality and Accomodation . I had to book the Park inn again and hope the ends has been renewed but unfortunately not. 3 pillows in double room, very poor quality towels . The bedroom. Floor is tied and my feet were very dirty after walking around the bedroom . Breakfast disappointing , 16 euros and parking 10 euros , that is if toy can get them to let you in at all when you arrive , no way of contacting reception from the car park . Staff helpful , but let down by the poor facilities . To be used as a last resort if you like comfort . I paid 80 euros per night room only .

Average hotel. Clean but fully booked due to a night market which made town very busy on arrival. We were only given 1 towel. When we asked for more there were none left apparently! The place itself was fine for a single night stay and a semi-close by alternative to staying in Cassis/ which is where we had originally wanted to stay. Good price.

Nice location, handy to the waterfront restaurants and close to the gate to the shipyards. Nice facility with a helpful front desk staff.

The room is very basic. The website quoted free wifi but when i got there they said i needed to pay. The room was not cleaned the whole weekend. The website quoted there was a shower but it was just a hand held rose that would not reach over your head. Not worth the rate i paid.
