My friend and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shangri-La Bed and Breakfast and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment we stepped into the premises, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The room has a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. They always clean the room everyday and make sure we have fresh towels everyday. What truly sets Shangri-La apart is the impeccable service. Rose was very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly attending to any requests, her attention to detail was impressive. She provided everything we need such as beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gears, yoga mat and even sunscreen and insect repellent. Overall, I highly recommend Shangri-La Bed and Breakfast to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with exceptional service. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area.

Beautifully maintained B&B with all comforts of home. Rose, the innkeeper, greeted us daily to make sure we were comfortable or just to say hello. She was a joy and a pleasure to work with. Rose, the innkeeper, went above and beyond to provide the best service waaay beyond our expectations. If possible, we would give the service 20 stars. We don’t think Ritz Carlton can come close when it comes to the service. The breakfast was great every day. Very good value.

A lovely place for a rest away from the busy beaches and tourist sites. But, nothing is far from anywhere on Grand Cayman, so a short drive puts you in the center of everything. Staff is friendly and accommodating, room was comfortable and clean. I recommend this location without hesitation.

Host was extremely accommodating with multiple difficult requests. The room was refreshed every day and we are messy unpackers. Coming back and having everything organized was such a gift and an extra mile. New beach towels every time we used them. Full kitchen in the common area if you don't feel like eating out. Outdoor patio with very effective netting to enjoy the fountain and lake, but not the mosquitoes. The hot tub is not a difficult to use or access gimmick of the listing, it is very easy and amazing to use. We had a hot water issue which the host fixed within 24 hours. Gorgeous landscaping and quaint, if a bit cozy, rooms. However, the property is priced accordingly. Tukka restaurant is nearby which is great for dinner. Instant access to the highway to get to 7 mile beach quickly. The mattress in the Bougainvillea room runs a bit firm; extra pillows were given upon request.

The property is great. However, the breakfast and the bicycles that are advertised at booking are not available. They failed to mention that very important part. It wasn't until I received check-in instructions that they mentioned these things were unavailable. The price should be adjusted accordingly, but otherwise, it's a good place.

Very quiet, very clean, excellent breakfast. The staff are so personable. Everything you need to go to the beach is there and no rental fees! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet relaxing vacation.

Overall great property, few maintenance issues that are minor, like running water in toilet, water pressure in the shower. Nice location and great staff, I would return without hesitation. .

Very clean, safe and quite property. On site manager Fawn is very nice and very attentive to our requests. My only recommendation is the rooms do not have their own microwave or coffee maker. This would be a wonderful addition to this place.

This charming Bed and Breakfast was a breath of fresh air compared to typical resorts. It was so quiet and relaxing-the perfect place to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. I missed any shop, beach or restaurant within walking distance, we had to take a car to get to anywhere (but Grand Cayman is small, so it is close to anywhere... just not the walking distance). Staff was very relaxed, helpful and pleasant. Met a few cool guests from other rooms too.o

Located in a quiet part of the island, Shangri-La is best accessible by car. Although no one was there to meet us, we had email instructions on how to get into our room which itself turned out to be delightful. It was clean with A/C and a ceiling fan to complement the comfort of the stay. A relaxed but cheerful island attitude pervaded the breakfast layout which is best taken on the porch with a view of the inlet within West Bay. Water sport equipment is available for use by guests if so desired along with a chic swimming pool located adjacent to the main house. A great place for a couples' week or weekend and a nice haven of tranquility to return to, after visiting other Grand Cayman Island attractions.

I liked the property - it was clean and tidy and was welcoming. We enjoyed breakfast on a couple of occasions, which was delicious. The location is a little far from shops (about a 10-15 minute walk) and about a mile from the closest beach, so a car would be useful. We borrowed bikes which was great.The only thing which has really disappointed me is the lack of aftercare they have shown. I contacted the Shangri-La about our own flippers which we mistakenly left with the rest of their snorkelling equipment. After 6 emails, we have still had no reply from them which I'm really surprised and disappointed about.This is not to say we didn't enjoy our time there, but it has left a bitter aftertaste that they have been so unhelpful since leaving.

Best place to stay, i mean everything was perfect, Dean was super sweet and we love the privacy of the location.

This was a very nice bed and breakfast in a very good location approximately 10 minutes away from the seven mile beech craziness. While there is a view of a lagoon, this B&B is not on the beech. There is a pool and hot tub, but they are quite small (the picture looks larger) but the backyard area is very relaxing and quiet. The staff is very friendly and although we didn't have the breakfasts, they looked great and we heard lots of positive comments. The rooms were very clean with lots of closets and storage. Everything you will need is in your room, or a quick walk to the kitchen area. The location is near the highway, about 20 minutes from downtown Georgetown, 5 minutes from a grocery store, very near to some great restaurants and about 10 minutes from the nearest ocean beech. We would certainly consider staying there again.

Beautiful tranquil setting for morning coffee. Lots of good food options for breakfast. Was easy to arrange after hours checkin. My room was clean with comfortable bed. Best pillows I have experienced in a long time. Can’t wait to go back.
