Rooms and lobby are always clean. Stayed here twice and staff at front is always nice and accommodating.

Checked in late. Hotel is brand new but in a very shady part of Pueblo. It shares a lot with another hotel in weird lot. Front parking lot is minuscule. NO front parking available so we had to park behind the hotel in a hardly-lit lot and walk two blocks, around both hotels, at midnight, to get back to front door because back gate to back door didn’t work. Bed was mid at best (felt older than the hotel). Shower as a joke - zero water pressure. Skipped breakfast because it was premade Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches lol. Finishes were nice and hotel is very modern. Should’ve been better and not worth more than $150/nt.

Great staff! Town Place is a nice place to stay in the heart of Downtown. The parking is limited and you should use caution at night while staying there. They have a nice iron fence around the perimeter but don’t take things for granted. A very very short walk to the the Riverwalk. 10 minutes or less a half mile is nothing.

The staff Thursday night were instrumental in reuniting my sister with her soon. Both went well above and beyond and for that we are truly thankful!!!!

Very clean, recently renovated room. Kitchenette, fridge very clean, nice items. We only used fridge, drink ware, plates to re-heat. Good breakfast, kids happy w/waffles. Easy walk to restaurants, fun downtown things to do w/family. 1 hr or less to colo springs.
Area felt safe w/several safety patrol vehicles around.
Front desk & housekeeping staff very nice.

Parking was an issue. That was only issue. Had to leave out early in am, so was not able to have the benefit of the breakfast, u fortunately. Quiet, quaint, and comfy. The only other issue was ONLY few channels on tv.

Nice room layout and finishes. Comfortable and practical design - anticipated my use and needs. Could hear some adjacent room noise and traffic, but low-fan setting helped mask it. Appreciate the light breakfast buffet and fitness room. Very convenient to highway, convention center, and downtown. Unfortunate that construction will be blocking the most direct access to the Riverwalk for quite some time, as the alternate routes are not very walker-friendly. It would be nice if the City would create a temporary corridor for pedestrians on Mechanic or Richmond.

Great location, walking distance to Riverwalk. Great breakfast, was disappointed they didn’t clean our room but that was only drawback. We loved our Pueblo stay, people there are awesome, friendly, and down to earth!!

Our room was great. We loved the kitchenette especially the size of the refrigerator. On our next trip we’re planning on booking a suite at an extended stay hotel. Loved the amenities.

My stay was great, the hotel and room was nice, updated and clean. The only downside is the parking. Though there is plenty, most of it's in the back of the building with one entrance through the courtyard. That said, I still felt safe. Would stay here again.

It was a nice hotel, just really loud traffic noise all night. Make sure to ask for interior room not on the Main Street.

We were booked in a King studio and ended up switching to a room with queen double beds. The first room: the smoke alarm flashed a bright white light ALL NIGHT LONG. The thermostat didn’t work correctly and the tan blew all night. The toilet didn’t flush correctly. This hotel is approximately nine months old. Good news the desk clerk switched us to a different room with no problems. There is some noise from train and highway close by.

The facility was clean except the floors in the lobby area. Even after several hours there was mud and wetness still on the floors. The parking lot was not adequately plowed. Traveling with someone who was handicapped posed an issue because the sidewalk and parking lot contained ice and snow in typical walking areas. Lastly, we were 2 minutes late checking out and we received a call literally 1 minute past the checkout time.
