The front desk lady was super rude and because I showed up a day late for my reservation (which I had prepaid) they kept my money and I had to pay more for my stay.

Ths say was great,nice clean and comfy, my only complaint is that they only have two handicap parking spots, need more spots

Booked a last minute hotel room since we decided to come down early. Unfortunately when we went to leave we found a cockroach in the room. Brought the situation up to management and requested a refund. Manager assured me I would receive a call and never called me back.

Stayed 3/30 through 4/5 and it was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, the price was decent, very close to a few restaurants, and it's across the street from a fun center. Will definitely stay again when we go back to this area.

This is a very clean and friendly hotel. The spot is right there where everything is. I loved it.

Getting to my room was a hassle…high chairs everywhere.., only one person could pass at a time…no room for you and your luggage to make to the room. The towels, wash cloths, and hand towels had long strands of hair in them. The extra blankets had a lot of hair in them. The pressure of the shower…none. They don’t have black out curtains.., so plenty of light but nothing to keep people from looking into your room. Also keep in mind you have to pay for ice and the parking is horrible. Basically, if you paid more than $50 per night you will be highly disappointed.

The motel is still using Covid as a way to get out of servicing the rooms. No clean towels or garbage removed. If you needed either of these things you had to put the items outside of your door to receive clean towels or have your garbage removed.covid is over and using that as an excuse to service the rooms is completely ridiculous.

Clean room and the facility was quiet during our stay. I chose this hotel due to photos showing wood or laminate flooring. I feel it's more sanitary than carpeting. We were pleased to see that the rooms looked exactly as advertised.

Parking is an issue at times. There are more rooms than parking spots but as long as it is not busy season, then it is fine. It may not look like much of anything from the outside, but the rooms are great! Freshly remodeled, clean, affordable!

This was a very nice stay. Great location, in the middle of everything. Clean and the rooms were very spacious. It was quiet at night and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great price also! Would definitely stay here again.

Such a steal, the room really was clean - no bugs, blankets were clean, bathtub clean. I really liked that there was no carpet, you could tell that it’s been renovated. TV worked fine as did the air conditioner. Staff was extremely nice also. I will stay here every time from here on out, definitely worth the price.

Changed my room and gave me regular bed instead of king bed.

The Two rooms That we reserved was ok .. shower was great .. room was clean.. but the beds are broken down.. they popped like thunder when you got in them and squeaked very bad.. they are mattresses are sitting on top of box springs, it was horrible.. I won’t go back until they do something about the beds..

It was close to everything in in town

It was a good hotel. Clean, safe, but the breakfast was lacking. Coffee, juice, a nature bar, a blueberry muffin and apples were your choices.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and tidy. The decor was modern and pleasant to the eye. The main door could use new paint, and the sidewalks could definitely use a power wash (cringe). For the price, it was way more than you would expect. We’ve stayed at one of the sister hotels and was happy with that stay as well.

Pillows were terrible everything else was good

This was a good hotel for the price. The only complaint I have is the lack of housekeeping, and the fact that covid is being blamed for the lack of housekeeping.

Very affordable hotel within walking distance to most attractions and restaurants. Clean! Safe! On-site parking! There was a pool, but it’s outside. There is a working elevator or stairs to use.

I booked this hotel thinking it was one we stayed in last summer, and I was wrong. The rooms are small and dimly lit. The beds are on a metal frame that squeaked loudly anytime you rolled over, or made any slight movement in the bed. The hotel is listed as non-smoking and there is even a warning about being charged if you smoke, but our sheets and the comforter had cigarette burns on them, two small holes in the sheets, and one large one on the bedspread. The room smelled musty. There is no housekeeping (which I don't mind that), the reason is COVID (can we get past this?), to get clean towels and washcloths, you had to sit your dirty ones outside the door in the morning. I missed this at check-in, so when we went to obtain more, the lady at the desk pointed this out, kind of rudely and was hesitant to give me fresh ones. The entire place smelled of weed the entire time we were there. You get a lot of road noise at this hotel, which can't be helped by the staff, but wanted to point this out if you are a light sleeper. I guess you get what you pay for. I would not stay here again.

This hotel was very clean, close to many things, and the staff was wonderful. The only recommendation I have, is they should get thicker bedspreads and fluffier pillows. The bedspread was very thin and would hardly stay on the bed. Other than that, I would stay here again!

I stay here a lot. It’s always clean. The staff is super friendly and the price is great. I’ll keep coming back.

Excellent for the money

I generally would never give a mediocre review but the location is great and on the parkway but the people who stay there is very suspicious. It appears they are trying to do some work on the place and it was probably one of the hotels that were cheaper and a lot of people stayed because of the price. It was a strange experience to say the least. I wouldn’t stay again but it is clean but it is just one of those hotels that bring in suspicious folks. One came up to my car door and he was in really bad shape, not sure if drunk or on drugs, fighting above me, people stayed beside us, I couldn’t rest because I worried. It was just a strange place to be.

I was impressed with the room. It was very clean and everything looked fresh and new. My only complaint is there was no closet or place to hang clothes.
