Hotel novo, decoração de bom gosto, tudo extremante limpo.

Café da manhã sem opções e não compatível com o valor da estádia. Pouquíssimas opções de fruta e pouca variedade nos itens do café da manhã. Possui limpeza do quarto, mas não possui serviço de quarto. No quarto não há sequer um interfone ou telefone. Não tem restaurante no hotel.

Localização excelente, perto dos restaurantes e das atrações, dá para fazer tudo a pé. Equipe da recepção, café da manhã e limpeza dos quartos são muito educados e atenciosos. O estacionamento é amplo, só a rampa de acesso que é estreita e precisa tomar cuidado ao manobrar na entrada e saída, estávamos com um carro grande (trailblazer) mas deu para transitar.

O hotel impressiona por sua modernidade e design executivo. Com um prático estacionamento no subsolo e um ambiente convidativo, proporciona uma estadia aconchegante. Os quartos, novíssimos, contam com camas confortáveis e uma TV smart equipada com aplicativos de streaming, complementada por uma internet de boa qualidade. O café da manhã é saboroso e servido em um ambiente agradável.

O tapete de palha posicionado embaixo e ao redor da cama não foi uma escolha acertada, pois é desconfortável e machuca os pés. Além disso, em relação ao preço, achei um pouco elevado, especialmente quando comparado a outro hotel, de maior porte e melhor localização, no qual me hospedei em Punta Del Este.

É tudo muito bonito, novo e limpo. A cama e a iluminação são ótimas. Os funcionários foram muito prestativos e atenciosos.

O Box do banheiro. Como está fechado só pela metade, acaba molhando o banheiro, mas o mesmo é muito bonito e limpo.

Hotel completamente novo. Acomodações espaçosas e confortáveis. Café da manhã excelente e equipe extremamente atenciosa.

It was a perfect stay. The hotel is new, clean and very well organized. The location is just 5minutes away from a beach, with several restaurants close by as well. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the shower was good too. Highest praise for the hotel staff, everyone was exceptionally friendly and useful, Victoria in particular gave us great recommendations for restaurants, cafes and places to visit. They also make available for the guests to take chairs, towels and sunshades to the beaches nearby. If we are ever in Punta del Este again, this is the place we are staying. 10/10 would recommended

I loved the ambient, the decoration!

My room was noisy because of the street in front, and also I was on the first floor. I asked to change rooms, but they said they couldn´t do it.

The location is very good, staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is decorated well, the rooms are very modern and clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the pool and gym (w/balcony for sunbathing) on the top floor are very nice amenities. The towels and bedding were high quality, and we slept beautifully. The location is great as well, as we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and bars.

We failed to read the fine print on Booking.com and we had to pay in USD. Fortunately, the neighboring Enjoy Punta del Este Resort y Casino will provide USD at their teller/caja. I didn't have to pay an ATM fee when I withdrew this way, but it was a minor inconvenience. Hopefully, this review can help someone avoid the same mishap moving forward.
