Rooms are clean and comfortable. If somebody visiting thane then the location is OK.
Staffs are not very helpful. Inside the bathroom, the shower area not designed properly ( no racks for your personal toiletries). For the breakfast, though the spread was large, there is a mismatch.

As sounds from lobby and room above and below was bit uncomfortable.

Cleanliness, courteous staff, nice room, good food. Special mention for the restaurant staff and the front desk Urvi and my apology I do not remember the name of the Gentleman. Kudos to all of them.

The interior of the rooms is very nice and attractive & Thank you for a lovely, comfortable stay &excellent hospitality.
