We had a very nice stay. Clean and spacious. Great location. Perfect for grandparents, parents and one 12 year old. Would stay here again!

The property is very nice, was very clean, and is centrally located with Seattle’s best things to see within walking distance. Only about a 10minute walk to Pikes Place Market. The host was very responsible we needed something. It came over and took care of it right away. There are numerous restaurants available easily within walking distance. there is a fair about a homeless in the area, so the complex has very strict rules in terms of entering and exiting. The central garden of the complex is really cool and the gym is fairly well equipped. The only negative thing I have is that the hot tub wasn’t working while we were there, which was kind of a bummer. But that was a complex issue and nothing to do with the host or the individual unit. Overall, a great place to stay.

Locarion is perfect fir cruising & sight seeing in Seartle

Five adults stayed here 3 nights prior to our Norweigen cruise. We were able to walk for food and drink. A neighborhood convenience market is about a half block walk to the corner. Also, walked to the space needle,Pike Place Fish Market and Chihuly Glass and Garden. When we checked out, we rolled our luggage to the Pier 66 where we embarked on our NCL ENCORE ship for our cruise. Wonderful location!

Condo was very clean and had a secure entrance. It was well located on 1st Avenue with a 15 min walk to Pike Place Market and Pioneer Square. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The property manager was kind enough to allow to check in early. They had a representative meet us that the location to explain the garage and security issues. The list was extensive. I am not familiar with Seattle, but it seems that there were issues before to have such strict policies. BUT is nothing you can not deal with. We only stayed two nights and left very early the final day. We did not enjoy any of the facilities since we were out all day, enjoying the sites. Location was perfect. We were able to walk to the Space Needle and Chihuly gardens and to the pier to catch a ferry to Victoria. BC. The washer and drier were a plus. Parking was fine. We parked the car upon arrival and did not need it until departure. The cost for the two nights was very pricy, more than what I wanted to spend, but the accommodations were adequate. I was the most expensive accommodations on our 10 day trip across the southwest, but then again, that could be just Seattle normal. BUT location was the best.
