Beautiful, well maintained house for our family. Kitchen was well stocked with needed cooking utensils. Games for the kids. Nice updated decorating as well as Christmas decor for our family early Christmas.

Property was exactly as shown in pictures. Very clean and had everything we needed. Close to all places we planned to visit while in town. Thoroughly enjoyed out stay!!

Our son did a surprise proposal at top of the rock…we stayed here with both families after.. great location, plenty of room, kitchen has everything you need..quick / excellent communication with owners, highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time in this house and at Branson Canyon. The house was so roomy and comfortable for the 11 of us--plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and fun/relaxing spaces. We like Branson Canyon because it's quiet and peaceful--away from the hustle-and-bustle of Branson, but close enough to do things there--and we like the pools.

This home is clean, comfortable, roomy and very well stocked with kitchen equipment (everything you need to cook meals for a large group, including a griddle & crockpot!) we also really appreciated the generous supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap in every bathroom as well as the dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent! We loved having the large kitchen table that accommodated all 13 of us for our family meals. The pools and splash pad at the complex was a big hit with the kids and adults. The home is located in a great spot away from the business of Branson, but with very easy access to all things Branson has to offer. Communication with the owner was quick and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

A rare opportunity for my family of 14 to all gather together and this property was perfect for us! An amazing first experience with VRBO and a home I would gladly rent again.

The location was great. Just a quick walk and you’re at the lake. Pool table was a nice touch.

House was big enough for 14 adults. Especially when 7 of them were my brother's and sister's. It had plenty of game's to play . We also got to use there pool. Thank you again .

We had a wonderful 3 day weekend away with family! Having the pool close was great and plenty of space for everyone to not feel crowded and have their own space. Nice being away from the crazy traffic but not too far away to go get things if needed.

Check in was easy..not so easy to get out by 10am but made it work.

Our family really enjoyed the stay on this property. The house worked really well for a large family. The kids loved the bunk room. The large open floor plan made it easy to spend time together and prepare meals. We had close access to the water for good fishing and the kids loved the pool. The place is 100% as advertised, will certainly stay here again!

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. We loved the closeness to the pool and playground. The pools were well-kept with the water and seating area clean. The house had enough room for our group of 10 to sit at the table with room for more. Our only complaint is that the screens on the back porch were torn and we could not sit out there in the evening without insects flying in. Otherwise, we were very satisfied.

This place is great! We had a family of 8 including 5 adults and three kids. We had the perfect amount of bedrooms (5), the kitchen with a table big enough to easily seat all of us. The pools were right across the street. There is actually two large pools. The location is awesome. Everything we wanted to do was within 20 minutes. It was hot (100 degrees or more) every day we were there and the AC in this house was fantastic, even on the second floor.

We all had a great time! Property was great had ample space for all of us! Good location for everything we wanted to do! Thank you for letting us stay!

This house was perfect for our large group! We had 6 adults, 3 teens and 3 children. Great location to everything without being right in the middle of all the crowds. Pool/park is so close to the house which was a plus! Everything was super clean and had a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Would definitely stay again!

This was such a great place to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our children and grandchildren. The pool was just across the street which was real convenient. The older children really enjoyed the pool table. The house was spacious and perfect for our get-together.

The property was amazing! Had everything we needed and was in the perfect location. The kids loved the swimming pool and splash pad. Was only a short drive to Sliver Dollar City and was super close to the Marina. Would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend it for a large family.

Had a wonderful visit in Hollister/Branson. House was clean, comfortable and in a wonderful location. Our family of 13 felt right at home and had all they needed during our stay in Hollister. Pool across the street and proximity to marina and Branson Landing we’re what drove us to rent this property. We will definitely consider renting again. Excellent!

We were pleasantly surprised that the floor plan of the home was so open. We didn’t get this from the pictures but the kitchen, living room, and upstairs play room are all open to each other. The kids could play in the living room on the staircase or up around the pool table and the adults could still monitor them regardless what area we were in. You can also see from the front door clear out onto the back porch. This allowed us to stay indoors on rainy days and still enjoy each other’s company and not be too cramped into one space doing one thing. This was fortunate since we had rain almost every day of our weeklong stay. But it was easy to make the best of it since there are many indoor attractions in Branson, and the surrounding areas. Can’t wait to come back and explore more of the area with better weather.

Even though we didn’t use it,splash pad was under construction 🚧… No water in sight- couldn’t get to it because gate was closed 😳 No propane in fire pit, holes in screen porch… I don’t think I need to go on , but inside was somewhat acceptable ‼️

Our crew of 10 (incl 6 kids under 14) had a great time. The great room was the perfect gathering spot and the long tables in the kitchen allowed us to comfortably eat together. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.
