Convenient location and comfortable place. Had a slight problem with check in but was able to resolve fairly quickly, although took a bit of effort to get the right contact. Otherwise, no notes!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at fawn. The location was great, but the property was not cleaned well by the cleaning staff.

Our location was great. Located by a nature preserve with walking trails we were able to walk to Terry Blacks for dinner and other places easily. What we like the most was the communication with our hosts. We had a few questions and requests and our host replied clearly and quickly - even on the weekend. Our rental was just as advertised. Very clean and comfortable!

We went for my sister’s bachelorette party (small chill group) and the place was perfect for that. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, the basics for using the kitchen. The only thing missing was a duvet on the top bunk bed, but we made do we blankets. The property manager was responsive and allowed for a late checkout. The location was close to all the fun things. Overall, would stay again.

Really cute little house in a great location. We loved walking on the trail and being near the creek. Easy access to south congress and Lamar. We had a great time.

Can’t beat the charm and location if you’re looking to explore the best of ATX. Property management was incredible and kind.

This is a hip, newly renovated, fully equipped place to stay on a quiet street, but close to everything. Our only complaint was that the smoke/heat detectors are very sensitive. There was one next to the stove that went off each time we opened the oven and there was no smoke. We took that one down after the 4th or 5th time it went off. Then the one a little further down the hall started going off when we were frying bacon even with the vent on. That was more expected, but still annoying. You can use a broom to fan the detector and it will stop, or don’t use the stove or oven. 😜

We absolutely loved this property. Comfy beds and kitchen had everything we needed. Only downside, Water pressure in kitchen. There didn’t seem to be any water coming from the faucets? Also a guest book would be good. Apart from that we all enjoyed staying here.

This was a great house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well supplied and the grill was a nice addition. Big back yard and we were able to relax on the porch and patio. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice bungalow. Just as described. Great location, very clean, no issues. Appreciated washer/dryer. One suggestion, use more comfortable mattress cover-plastic doesnt breathe. Otherwise, highly recommend.
