Spacious rooms. Excellent location overlooking the bay! Clean and modern.

LOVED staying here! The perfect base for 4 days visiting the Llyn Peninsula. Our room was comfortable, quiet and we loved being so close to the beach - from most parts of the room it felt like being on a boat, because all we could see was the sea. The fridge / tea & coffee area was much used during our trip and we enjoyed Criccieth's cafe, coffee shop and restaurant options - as well as the local chip shop! Can't wait to come back.

Lovely property that you could tell had been done up recently. Nice and clean and beds were comfy. Beautiful sea view. The hosts were responsive to messages sent as they are not on site. Found a lovely cafe 46 for breakfast and is a must go to.

I didnt like no breakfast option and also not being greeted by the hosts as that people interaction was lacking but this is noted when booking. There were no toiletries when arrived, sent message and said would leave some. An already used bottle of shower gel was placed outside the door. I did have to go and get my own. It went really cold in the night in the room and the instructions state you cannot alter the heating so was cold. I booked as need place in Criccieth. Do feel it was expensive but the room was nice

We had an amazing time, easy check in, spotlessly clean, good amenities (small fridge was really useful) warm modern and great location with fantastic views. Perfect for our weekend away

Unmanned staff, no fan too hot did not sleep on last night , cheap kettle leaked hot water making hot.drinks run out of sugar I perfer manned staff because I am.deaf can't speak on the phone

It was nice to have a good view across the sea. The bathroom had a powerful shower and WC. The welcoming book in the room (which included rules!) had some very useful information that was well thought out. I was able to update the TV channels, though the TV was rather slow to respond to its remote control each time it was switched on/ off. Before I arrived, the proprietor informed me that new curtains would be fitted on the windows this Autumn (2023) as the white roller blinds do not give a very cosy feel. My advice: Check with the proprietor first if you think you are likely to feel cold.

I did not meet any members of staff, so the property felt a bit ghost -like at times. Temperature: Although the room had recently been refurbished with new radiators and a heated towel rail, we were not allowed to switch on the towel rail, because, apparently, it would necessitate heating the whole building. The appliances each had their own thermostats so this seemed a very strange.The room was a bit chilly that week and I wonder if the proprietor might feel a bit short changed by whoever did the plumbing to have provided so limiting a service. Check with the proprietor first if you think you are likely to feel cold.
