This property is well located in Dillon. It is very clean and very nice. The amenities were all there and great kitchen tools for cooking at the condo. We had a great stay.

It was a great place and was in a perfect location.

We love area and were so fortunate to be to stay for 6 days while working remotely. The loft work space and kitchen table were perfect and had such a great view. So convenient to restaurants, Starbucks, groceries, highway. We hope to come back next year. Tip: the downstairs shower head operates by pulling down the faucet. Needless to say, maintenance was quick to respond.

Clean, great location, nicely equipped

Overall it was great experience however there is no tub despite the listing saying so. I could have simply asked so that my fault. The unit did have a broken hot tub and based on previous reviews it has been broken for well over a year so to me that qualifies as not having a hot tub. A repair team was there during our stay and was attempting to cut it apart to remove it but it was frozen full of water and frozen to the deck. It's disappointing that the unit was listed to have a hot tub when it had clearly been decommissioned for a very long period of time. So word of advice would be to check with the management company prior to renting. The location was fantastic, close to everything you could need. Check-in process and simple and straight forward. The heated floors and fire place make for a cozy evening during a snow fall. House was well equipped with everything you need for an extended stay, however I recommend brining toiletries as per usual. They did provide items like dish soap and laundry detergent.

When we arrived, which was an 1 hour after the 4:00 checkin, the home had been cleaned but was still dirty. The trash can was full and the kitchen table was filthy. There were crumbs on it and a sticky residue. Under normal circumstances this would have been alarming, but considering COVID is still a threat and this home supposedly had enhanced cleaning practices, it was unacceptable. I felt very uncomfortable about staying. I ended up cleaning all the surfaces myself. They did refund the cleaning fee, but that did little to make me feel better about our safety. Aside from that, the home is remarkably quiet considering it is surrounded by commercial businesses. It is very close to Keystone. The heated floors were nice. It is nice and bright inside due to all the windows.

Family had a blast! Looking forward to our next trip!

We loved this place! The location was perfect and walking to red mountain grill for dinner was very convenient! The house is well maintained and very comfortable. We really liked the fire place. My only complaint was an empty hot tub, but these are weird times.

We had a wonderful time in Dillon. What a beautiful summer spot! The condo was perfect for our four person family, and we loved the convenience of walking to nearby restaurants. Waking up to the beautiful views and discovering the beauty of Lake Dillon and the surrounding area was a true pleasure. The condo is very well maintained and the owner is extremely friendly and easy to work with!

Everything is thought out for this home away from home! From the condiments in the cupboards to 3 humidifiers for us low-elevation folks, to an ipod connection to the awesome stereo. The grocery store is so close and with all the great kitchen supplies our apre ski meals were top shelf... according to my young men... how would they know what top shelf is anyway! The evenings were capped off watching the beautiful changing hues over the mountains outside the expansive windows. We feel blessed to be able to share in this great place. Thank you Selwyn.

We try to get to this area of Colorado every year around this time so have had lots of experience with different homes and condo's. This one ranked up there with our favorites. The view out the back was gorgeous especially in the morning. The location was a definite plus as we enjoy skiing at various resorts and it was convenient to all of them. Having City Market and shopping so close by was also nicer than expected. We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen as we are usually so tired after skiing a full day we just like to stay home and cook most of our meals. And as stated in earlier reviews, we used the hot tub everyday and didn't run into anyone else using it. In fact, it was so quiet we thought we were the only ones on the floor. We would definitely return.
