Pulling through the gate, we were amazed by the beauty of this property. The landscaping and outdoor space is absolutely gorgeous. There is so much space to enjoy - we sat by the river, swayed in the hammock, relaxed on the lawn, played volleyball, bocce ball, and Frisbee. The house is well-kept and very comfortable. We had 2 teenagers with us who thoroughly enjoyed having their own space (away from us parents in the main house!) which was the bedroom and bathroom built in to one of the garages. The garage space is set up as a fun, sitting, hang out area. Complete with couches for plenty of seating, a big screen TV, a ping pong table, a Foosball table, refrigerator, fire place, and play area/supplies (for younger kids), the girls were quite happy! We all spent a good amount of time in there having a competitive ping pong tournament. The home has all the fixings for enjoying the outdoors - multiple BBQs, fire pit, pizza oven and wood (supplied). Communication with Sentia and Vahe was great. They were incredibly responsive and helpful. The Kern River is literally at the end of the property and part of why we selected this property. We were able to bring our dog and always appreciate pet-friendly accommodations.
